A nice, quiet place where you can eat and chat peacefully, although the staff, while friendly and smiling, can be a bit pushy, probably to clear the table as quickly as possible. The meat is good, cooked to perfection. Not exactly cheap, though not excessive. Parking is very convenient.

Tasty Food and Consistently Good Service Visited this steakhouse twice during my stay and had a pleasant experience both times. On the first evening, I had the ribs, which were tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. I enjoyed it so much I returned the next evening for the roast chicken, which was equally delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Consistent quality and service—definitely worth a visit!

Super, as always. This time Galletto, usually General Custer Grilled... the only flaw... we never manage to get to dessert 😂. Excellent meat, tender, delicious side dishes!

While traveling I found myself in the Novara area by chance. Inside it was too hot in my opinion because the place didn't have air conditioning on. The positive thing is that I found a seat immediately and the service was quite fast, the food was normal.

I'll just say that a salad (veggie salad) and a coke on tap cost 18 euros. And it's explained by a coke at 4.50 and a cover charge of 1.80. Nice place in style, even if to get there you have to go down a road that looks like Beirut. Let's ask the municipality. The windows without curtains. The sunset in your face could be an easily solvable problem, but you can add it to the experience in a negative sense. It's still customer service. You do it at the design level of the place. Put up two curtains. The staff is not so friendly. I don't know what to tell you. It must mean something. The food... is it quality? At these prices do you also want it to be bad? It seems like the minimum. I hope the guys are well paid because otherwise the cost cannot be justified. I'm not very satisfied, I think it's obvious. So you can go there? Yes, you can go there, but the cost/perceived quality ratio is against it. It seems like they are selling you fast food at star chef prices. In any case, the high cost is an objective fact, I think. Do your own calculations.

Standard experience for the chain of restaurants. Fast service for the food, the coffee was lacking and in the end we went to drink it at the counter before leaving. They need one more person during peak hours. Maybe she was sick.

Classic place for this chain, good food and normal prices. Very cold service.

Esperienza super positiva da Old Wild West! La qualità del cibo è stata eccellente: abbiamo preso carni, panini e bibite fresche, tutto davvero squisito e ben preparato. Si sente che gli ingredienti sono di qualità. Siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti sotto ogni aspetto, dal servizio al gusto. Anche il conto è stato una piacevole sorpresa: ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Davvero super apprezzato, lo consiglio a tutti!

Siamo stati a cena in questo locale. L’ultimo pezzo di strada per arrivarci è fatiscente. Ampio parcheggio. Per fortuna avevamo prenotato, grande afflusso di clienti. Locale caldo ed accogliente. Gamma di piatti a base di vari tipi di carne. Servizio veloce e cortese. Carne tenera e gustosa. Ampiamente soddisfatti.
