The shopping center was packed today due to the start of the sales, but despite the large crowd, the staff at Old Wild West in Porta di Roma were very efficient in clearing the line and always courteous in their work. Considering the good food, the unique location, the reasonable prices, and a menu especially for kids, I highly recommend this place, and I personally will gladly return!

Emanuela and Alessandra, in particular, were absolutely top-notch in terms of service, something I must also acknowledge is that everyone else was always courteous, kind, and helpful. The ribs were cooked to perfection, the wrap was creamy yet fresh, the appetizer mix was a sure thing, and the smashburger was perfectly assembled: when I asked for half a lemon and chimichurri sauce, they were already at the table within a minute!

I always love coming here. The service is fast, and even though there's a line outside, I've always managed to get a seat in 10-15 minutes max.
The only flaw is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Otherwise, it's my favorite in Porta di Roma!
