I waited about 10 minutes for them to bring me a cappuccino and a croissant with a double cheeseburger, but in the end they brought me a cold coffee and a cold burger.

Today we had lunch at this fast food restaurant, and I wanted to compliment the guy who was serving the table around 1:30 PM. He was incredibly professional and kind, despite the enormous amount of work he was doing at that time. Unfortunately, these are things you rarely see these days. Well done! I wish him all the best.

The restaurant is well-kept and clean. I found the staff extremely helpful and courteous. This isn't often the case at a fast food restaurant. A special mention goes to Carlotta, who tried to keep the wait as short as possible while preparing my order.

I hosted my children's birthday party at this Mc's. Annalisa was incredibly helpful and friendly, very kind to all of us, and incredibly sweet with the kids. We've been to many parties at other Mc's in the area and have never met anyone so attentive and caring. Thank you so much!
