I've been eating at Old Wild West for years and have always had a good experience. I've never been to this one as I've only recently moved to Rome. It's an excellent place, with very fast service and efficient staff. The only general flaw is that the prices have gone up considerably.

We're regulars at the Saloon, which is a much better value than Mac's, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. When we want a casual dinner, we always go to this place, which is close to home. The meat, whether white or red, is always cooked to perfection, and the appetizers are always perfectly crispy. Kudos to the entire staff.

Excellent as always. Kudos to everyone, including the kitchen staff, whom we never see...the only criticism I have is the points they give out. I had more than 9,000 points, so I deducted €40. What do they do? They charge me points on the difference, which is €11. In reality, I spent €51, and the points I earned were earned by eating at your restaurants. Disappointed.
