Very kind waiters! The service was a little slow because I went during rush hour, but the food was excellent. It's just a shame that the clerk at the checkout was a little grumpy when I asked her about the loyalty discount voucher, and she told me that they cannot be combined for different people with the same account (something not written in the app). The only weak point was the lack of kindness of the sales assistant. For the rest excellent.

You've known old wild west for years and I appreciate it. I went to the one in Savignano a week ago, everything was good, the staff were friendly, it's a shame that when it came time to pay, stating that there were connection problems, I wasn't given the card, they wrote down the card number and reassured me that they would insert it by hand as soon as possible........I'm still waiting.

The Old Wild West is a culinary experience that definitely deserves 5 stars! Each dish is a journey to the heart of America, with authentic flavors and impeccable quality. The meat is tender and succulent, while the portions are generous and satisfying. The service is always friendly and fast, and the environment is perfectly reminiscent of the Wild West, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere. Perfect for a family dinner, with friends or for a special evening. A place that knows how to win over customers and make them come back! Highly recommended!
