Unfortunately, compared to a few years ago, the quality of the dishes has become increasingly poorer. I'm very sorry because OWW had always been a guarantee in all sectors but now it has been confirmed for the rest of the range. The service also had a significant drop in quality. There was much more attention and professionalism some time ago.

The food is very good, despite the slightly long times but because it was full. I wanted to make a note on the lack of education of the staff, as I had asked for a change to my dish which was rudely rejected. I also ask for a Coca-Cola, they bring it to me already open (this is not done) and without ice. I ask for ice and lemon and he brings me a glass with an ice cube. Finally, it was clear from the way they rolled their eyes that they were listless. But looking at the other reviews, the problem is evidently not understood. There must be a hundred reviews complaining about the rudeness of the staff, and the owner even allows himself to respond to customers NO IT'S NOT TRUE SHE DIDN'T ACT RUDELY WHY DID I ASK HER?!? But if everyone tells you she's rude, why persist? Either we are all fools for you, or we have organized a conspiracy against your staff. Dispassionate advice: take negative reviews as a pretext to change, not an attack from which you can equally badly defend yourself, seeking justifications and calling your customers liars. If I tell you she was rude, it's because she was rude. It's obvious that if you ask her, she'll say no. And I speak as a restaurateur with her own business. Very good food but I won't be back.
