Tutto il personale maleducatissimo, costo assurdo per quello che il locale offre. Ambiente angusto, con tavoli che dondolano. Non ci si stupisce come mai era l'unico punto di ristoro praticamente vuoto.Nel panino vegetariano una mezza melanzana cruda ed immangiabile per lo spessore... ovviamente niente posate.Uno vero schifo

Non ci vado spesso all'Old Wild West, ma ogni volta che ci vado, sono molto contento. Il ristorante è arredato in un modo bellissimo. Lo stile western molto azzeccato. Ci sono tanti piatti, tra tacos, panini e altre cose (c'è anche l'alternativa vegana). I panini buonissimi. il rapporto qualità-prezzo secondo me è perfetto. L'unico problema è la lentezza. Eravamo in 6, ma ci hanno messo tantissimo a portarci i piatti. Tipo 40 minuti. Per il resto molto bello.

Locale tipico! Il personale cameriere ( chi prepara - i tavoli chi serve ) molto lento sembra che vaghi nel nulla - fila senza senso in entrata, poi ti accorgi quando entri che ci sono molti tavoli da spreparare ma non lo vuole fare nessuno!

First time we go there with the children and I must say that it was an excellent solution for a quiet lunch. Play area not very large, but it can fit so you can monitor the children better.
Good menu and extremely helpful staff for any request.
It was a surprise; we will return rest.

Nice atmosphere, great variety of dishes on offer and the idea of having a play area dedicated to children is nice, which makes the place a good choice for families. Too bad for the slow and unprofessional service: we waited 30 minutes in line to eat, despite at least half the tables being free, with the explanation that "the kitchen can't keep up with all the tables" (what's the point of having 200 seating if the kitchen can't keep up?). The behavior of the waiter at the drinks counter is also rude and immature. When asked for information on waiting times in the queue he responds nervously and leaves: if your work exhausts you or frustrates you, at least have the maturity not to spill it on customers.

I can't judge the food because no one ever came to take our orders. After leaving us the menu we waited 20 minutes while sitting for someone to arrive. We even made desperate signs to the staff but if we had waited we were probably still there. Too bad because it wasn't full and therefore I expected more attentive service.
