Loyal to the franchise, so like every OWW. Very Western-style interior and exterior. Portions are a bit small (I've noticed that sensitivity varies depending on the location you go to).

I've been to this place a few times, and even then, once with a friend, the staff is witty, kind, helpful, polite, professional, and friendly. I must say that the place has plenty of free seating, even though it might seem very crowded from the outside.

Ideal for groups and families, unpretentious. If you opt for meat, the price goes up, but the rest is average. Pretty good. The service left something to be desired, certainly due to the holidays. The desserts were a nice surprise.

13/09/2025: Ironically, the worst aspect of the place is the bathroom, which, given the volume of customers in a fast food restaurant, is always guaranteed to be dirty. However, aside from the wait, which was indeed quite long (it was peak time anyway), at least half an hour, the quality is 100% worth it, both for the fries and the burgers, and the prices are extremely competitive. Recommendation
