Four stars for the food only because I tried the new one-piece sandwich (gum gum burger) and was a little disappointed by the fact that the gum gum sauce, despite being on the top and bottom of the bun, was so barely noticeable. I think a cut of meat like this deserves a slightly stronger sauce to refresh the palate.

Despite the crowds and confusion over the torch, the staff was super friendly and attentive. They handled the crowd well, and the wait was minimal compared to the number of people in line. And Bluesmash never disappoints! Definitely worth returning to, highly recommended.

02/03/2026: A must-visit on the way to or from Milan. The coffee is always delicious and very reasonably priced. Plus, they sell all sorts of little things like souvenirs.
