We have been to this place for dinner a couple of times and I wanted to praise the skill and professionalism of the employee who works in the dining room at the tables named Francesco (Ciccio).

A family evening with our little girl, my wife and I had a hamburger and a children's menu for my daughter. After a long walk and a ride on the playground, we arrived hungry and tired. We sat down and ordered. As soon as the dishes arrived, my daughter started eating. After halfway through the burger, my daughter stopped eating. My wife and I tried to feed her and noticed that the meat was burned... I mean, how dare you serve a burnt children's burger? After I protested to the kids, they offered to remake the dish, but my daughter wouldn't touch anything else; it would have been a waste. Bottom line: my daughter had a terrible dinner with a burnt burger. No one in charge apologized for what happened.
