Compared to the past, the sandwiches are significantly smaller in size and the prices have gone up significantly. The quality is still good, but there are now better options in the area.

The dishes, especially the meat ones, don't match the photos on the menu; they're shockingly small in quantity. I ordered the Gran Canyon meat mix for €23, and two-thirds of the meat arrived almost cold. This Old Wild West restaurant in Cuneo has particularly chaotic and inconclusive service. The waiters are very willing, but they wander aimlessly, and there's a lack of coordination and experience in managing the dining room.

The only flaw unfortunately is the lack of adequate staff in number, the few present were kind but it is impossible to expect them to be efficient, there were too few to satisfy the customers present (maybe even in the kitchen). I had to drink the coffee while I was queuing at the cash register... an hour and a half for a dish and a coffee...

The setting is scenic, well-kept, and "fun" (with a bank, prison, stagecoach, Native Americans, and more), and the food is of the high quality expected from a chain of this caliber. The difference, in this case, was the professionalism, smile, and savoir faire (far beyond the norm) of a waitress, Esmeralda, who, true to her name, "enhanced" our visit. Staff of this caliber deserves both applause and support. Bravo!
