Compared to other Old Wild West locations, the one in Torri di Quartesolo has a lot of room for improvement. The cheesecake was half cold and half hot, badly defrosted, the waiters were infrequent and a bit unresponsive, and the table service could be improved. The only positives were the very nice atmosphere and the friendly and helpful girl at the cash register.

It's difficult to express an opinion on a restaurant that is part of a chain, however this place is well run and all the young staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. I think that's precisely the strong point of this Old Wild West.

Truly excellent architectural design with perfectly West Country wood interiors, service organized with a space station-like algorithm, and the food is excellent. Well done.

Decent food, prices a bit higher than in the past. Ample parking outside and short waits on weekends. I need to revise my review regarding the staff. The waitress was unfriendly and rude. We won't be returning.

The food is good and the menu is extensive. The atmosphere is also good, with the option of sitting outside. The staff wasn't very welcoming. At lunchtime, they made us wait 10 minutes standing at the entrance to show us to our table, even though the place was half empty. The wait time for our food also exceeded our expectations.

04/08/2025: After reading the menu, we had our first doubts. But once the pizza arrived, all that vanished. We were there with our four kids, ages 3-11. Super delicious pizza in a simple shop. Just right for kids our age.

27/09/2025: I tried the pizza a year ago, and it was very good! I ordered takeout (because I didn't think they'd serve it in my town), and everything was fine. The quality seems good, and the people at the pizzeria are very friendly.
