I've been a customer since they opened. The atmosphere is very well-kept, clean, and spacious. The guys and girls who work there are always smiling and helpful. And then FINALLY the long-awaited and long-awaited GLUTEN-FREE MENU has arrived, which may be superfluous for some, but for a celiac, it's truly a great thing. 23/08/2025: For a while, I stopped going to the Old Wild West in Valmontone because they'd turned me down for reservations, and honestly, I was a bit fed up with it. After trying other restaurants in the same chain, however, I realized the food here is better and the staff is more attentive, so I returned. The restaurant is large, well-decorated, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food is always good, and the dishes are well-prepared and plentiful. The wait staff also works hard and tries to make customers feel comfortable. The Tuesday program is very interesting, when kids go free with the free Piccolo Lupo menu: a nice touch for families. The only downside is that on busy days, especially weekends, you have to be patient because the line to get in is long and they don't always take reservations. Overall, though, it remains one of the best Old Wild West restaurants I've tried.

Hard Rock Cafe Rome

10/08/2025: It was a welcome relief after a culture of pizza and pasta that didn't quite suit my palate. The smack burger, in particular, is legendary. Mark took care of us. Special thanks to him :)
10/08/2025: Lovely vibe and very in keeping with the Rome feel. One issue with my daughter’s meal which was very quickly sorted. The guy in the shop was brilliant and gave us a scratch card which we redeemed against a purchase as he’d clocked that we were about to eat in the restaurant.
