Old Wild West is a chain that can be considered an "evolved" fast food restaurant or an Angus-style restaurant, depending on your point of view. I won't go into the merits of food, quality and prices, because they are quite standardized between the various locations. (Excellent) What strikes me positively in this location is the staff: for over a year I have always seen the same faces, a sign of a close-knit and stable team. This creates a solid management system, which is reflected in the service. An episode that I want to highlight concerns a waitress who, despite the large influx of customers, chose to favor the fluidity of the service by doing something that in theory would not have been foreseen: she took the peanuts directly, which should be self-service, and bring to the table. A small gesture that avoided chaos and waste of time, demonstrating attention to the customer. Even when the place is full, the staff runs like crazy, still guaranteeing a quick and organized service. Ultimately, a positive experience not only for the food, but also for the atmosphere and management of the place.

Today I went for lunch with my husband and we had a great time, they immediately seated us and we ordered an appetizer and 2 Grand Canyons. Everything was delicious and the staff were really friendly and helpful!

Excellent Tex Mex evening, excellent food and very friendly staff. Must try!

We ate at this place this evening for the first time and what can I say... we had a great time... the guys were very polite and the food was very good... we will definitely be back.
