The experience was exactly what we expected from the chain. The place is saloon-style and clean. • Food: The burgers are good, and the fries are generous. The meat was cooked properly, though the flavor is standard for the chain (without that artisanal touch). • Service: The staff was friendly but a bit rushed. We waited about 15-20 minutes for our main courses, which was acceptable but not particularly fast considering the place wasn't packed. • Price: Fair if you use the coupons or app promotions, otherwise a bit high for a fast-food/steakhouse.

Kindness of the staff, pity that I had 5000 points that were worth a 50 euro coupon, now I found myself 40 euros with 6000 points!!!!

21/02/2026: Small burger joint in Isola, may be they are a chain... They have great burgers here in smash style and some fried chicken sandwiches too. The price range is regular for Milano, the place its not huge but still comfortable for a fast food type. I always come back when i'm in Milano. The marketing strategy its also interesting, the slogans and hints hanging in the walls.
30/01/2026: The sweet potato fries are very good, but not enough; the burgers are good, but small; the competition offers more for more or less the same price.
