I often go to "Old Wild West - Dalmine" and I always have a great time. The environment is welcoming and well-kept, perfect for any occasion. The food is good, the portions are generous and the prices are fair.
The staff is really kind and attentive. A special thanks to Laura and Benjamin, always professional and very friendly.
It's a place where I gladly return every time!

Evening saved by the kindness of Davide and Laura.
Unfortunately the kitchen left much to be desired; The meat seemed more boiled than grilled.
And even the side dish didn't have much seasoning or flavor, but the dining room wins 1000 points tonight. 🫶

It's been a while since I've been back to Old Dalmine given the terrible experience the last time. Today I went to lunch with a friend and I must say I had a great time. The waiters were present and kind, always with a smile on their lips. I ate very well. I will definitely be back!

When we arrived we had to wait in front of the cashier for the staff to assign us a table.
10 minutes of waiting with the place completely empty.
Once seated, we waited to be served after about 30 minutes.
Again, if the place is empty, how can you take so long to serve?
All this while surrounded by very cold air conditioning.
Imagine eating a grilled meat that only gets cold the time it takes them from the kitchen to bring it to your table.
