07/05/2025: Without a doubt one of the best steak restaurants I have ever eaten at. They have a spectacular variety of cuts, each one better. It is recommended in the Michelin guide and I am not surprised because everything was at the level. - Cheese board We ordered a board with a variety of seven cheeses. They were all different and very good. Great option to start - Beef steak tartare with truffle They make it very simply and simply without much seasoning but it was still tasty. The truffle touch of the yolk is very subtle. - Sausages The cuts of sausages really surprised me. To each one better. The dish is somewhat scarce but it is an authentic delicacy. - Beef steak It is impossible to fail with a cut of this animal and on top of that if you know how to prepare it. The flavor of the meat and the point, from another world. To eat the whole ox - Friesian steak It was good but of course if you compare it to the ox it comes out badly. It must also be taken into account that the price difference is abysmal. The cuts of meat are brought to your table and weighed in front of you before cooking. The two cuts came out to approximately 1.3kg. - Ice cream with chocolate Good desserts. The textures are very good and the flavor too. - Tiramisu Truly good. If I have the pleasure of returning to this restaurant I will order this dessert again. It has a super successful crunchy part. In general, the entire experience was very good and of a high level. Taking this into account, it is a place where quality is paid for since it depends on what you order, but I find it very difficult to eat for less than €120 per person if you want to have the complete experience.
