Stunning location. Every time I go there, I feel like a child again, and I always get lost in the Wild West decor. Excellent food, friendly staff, but service is a bit slow. Prices are quite high.

A lot of effort has gone in to the decoration of this Old Western style restaurant. My son was very impressed!Sadly, the food wasn't quite up to standard, this would be a very good dining experience, if the food could be improved.

Of all the restaurant chains, Old Wild West is one of the best. The quality is certainly higher than others, as is the price, but it's more than justified. I had the New York smash burger and was satisfied, even if it wasn't quite as "smash" as it should be. The photo shows it correctly, but in reality it looked like a simple hamburger—slightly flattened, yes, but not a smash burger. Regardless, it was very good, both the meat and the bun, as well as the various sauces, especially the OWW one. The fries were also very good. The service was quick and helpful, and the atmosphere, like all the stores in the chain, was very charming and quaint.

04/08/2025: Great ice cream! They have 30 flavors, which we had a hard time choosing from, everything looked delicious. Three scoops in a cup for 3.60, which is a great price. We also got a few types to taste. Grazie! PS: the one with Ricotta, yummy!
