I went for lunch with my family.
Horrible service, and the food quality/price ratio was truly poor.
Someone even got up because the staff (3 people) couldn't get their order, and honestly, waiting 30 minutes is no big deal.
Also, seeing the staff shouting at each other from one room to another is not nice at all.
It's not the first time this has happened; I'd encourage everyone to be more cheerful and leave their problems at home.

Honestly, I find that the quality of the food has significantly decreased, the baked potatoes are unspeakable and the onion sauce is inedible. Especially the latter has ruined most of the dishes on the menu that had caramelized onion and, trust me, you can taste the difference. As for the service and the environment, nothing negative. The staff seems prepared and the environment is clean and typical of the chain.

Personale gentilissimo, sono tutti molto attenti alle richieste del cliente. Locale ben gestito, pulito e ben arredato. Cibo veramente molto buono, piatti con porzioni abbondanti e servizio veramente impeccabile. Complimenti!

I had been months ago and it seems to me much brighter. There were a lot of people but with a little patience we were seated and served. They certainly work hard. And a lot of patience with other customers sitting next to me who were quite rude with unruly children. I struggled to talk to my daughter and my husband. Good and tasty dishes especially the Alaskan coppa. Kind all the way to the cashier. See you soon guys, well done

Ristorante Amburgheria nel centro commerciale a Tavagnacco alle porte di Udine.
Locale con molti posti a sedere, ambiente Far West.
Personale gentile, qualità prezzo abbastanza buono.
Consiglio i panini hamburger vegetali nel menù completo di patatine e salsa.
Buona la Birra in bottiglia la Raffo Pugliese.

Spesso vado a cena e pranzo in un ristorante della catena old wild west anche in altre città ... Servizio poco attento e piatti in quantità minore rispetto al solito ... Ordinando i soliti piatti, wrap più piccolo del solito e meno patatine e dolce shuffle al cioccolato arrivato che non era caldissimo ...
