I've dined at this steakhouse on several occasions. I've always had a great experience; the staff is courteous and attentive. The food is always high-quality, well-presented, and plentiful. My compliments to Mr. Matteo (the manager) because eating there is always a pleasant experience. A special thanks to Ms. Leila, who is very kind. Keep up the good work!

For us, spending Fridays at OWW is a must. A delicious sandwich, fries, appetizers, and the friendly staff are a real treat after a week of work!

All the staff were very friendly, and Maria, the manager, was very polite and attentive to the guests' needs.
I forgot about the chef, Riccardo, who is helpful with customers and professional in his field. I had a really good time. I will be back. I forgot about Annalisa, who manages the bar with professionalism and kindness. Thank you for the lovely evening.

The atmosphere is quite noisy. The food, however, is good and usually served within reasonable waiting times. The price, however, is slightly too high, especially if you request modifications, such as substituting a side dish.

We had two sandwiches, both cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, which was a shame. The service was quick, but I would have preferred to wait a little longer and have the dish hot. The staff is very kind.
