Everything was delicious and high-quality! The staff was very kind and professional. The wait time was short despite the crowds. Definitely worth a try!

Every time we go from Syracuse to central Sicily, we stop at OLD WILDE, because we eat well and they are fast. Today, however, aside from the welcome and taking the orders, the girls were kind, but when they brought our main courses, which were two, my mother and I got confused with the names and the girl's response was: yes, but make up your mind. I do this job, I know what it means, the smile and the politeness when you work in contact with the public, if you're pissed off, stay home! You can't talk like that to customers. This job is done with passion, pride and for money. Thanks Old Wilde West, but today the person who served us was exuberantly rude, so I don't know if we'll sit down again next time, since she didn't even apologize but justified herself by saying palace with your mother, which for me is even worse.

A truly perfect evening at Old Wild West! Even though there were 13 of us, we were seated quickly and impeccably. We ate wonderfully: excellent dishes, prompt service, and excellent organization. Special praise goes to Federica, who proved to be a rare professional: extremely kind, polite, always smiling, and attentive to every detail. Not only did she find the perfect solution to make everyone comfortable, but she also stopped by our table several times to make sure everything was to our liking. Truly extraordinary customer service. Sincere compliments to her and the entire staff: when competence, courtesy, and quality come together, the result can only be excellent. We'll definitely be back!

Everything is excellent as always

I've been to Old Wild West in Catania, in Central Sicily, and this time the experience was positive. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The service was quick and attentive, everything was fine.

Perfect spot to have break from the shopping and have lunch with a lot of meat options. We chose the Louisiana chicken pieces and the meat grill mix. Meat is super tender and melts in your mouth and the breading on the chicken was tasty and crunchy.

I've been coming here for a long time and always find a great welcome, food, and service that I wouldn't find anywhere else. Today in particular, we received a great welcome from Julia, a young waitress.

Friendly staff ready to satisfy every customer need... excellent products

Despite a short line and some misunderstandings with one of the waiters regarding orders, the service was good. I had lunch with my family on Tuesday, so I was able to take advantage of the kids' menu promotion. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating our needs for the children. The food was good, and the wait was short despite the crowd.
