Old Wild West In Caltanissetta

Last night I wanted to try Caltanissetta's Old Wild West for the first time together with my wife. - Room: large and spacious - Food: very good except that perhaps I messed up: I took the GRAN CANYON MIX and I wasn't very full. So my wife wanted to try the Ranchero Wrap. Really good. - Service : the guys deserve a thumbs up. Even though I had called first to book as it was Saturday evening, then later I noticed that the place had filled up and from there I realized that the guys had found us a table anyway. Well done guys 👍 I also got a red craft beer which was really yummy

When we arrived, 8.30pm, the American peanuts that characterize the chain and which entertain customers while they wait were already finished. Salad a little dull. Good meat, sandwiches and potatoes

I often go back to this place even though it is a bit far from home. But I return precisely because it is a super nice place... with super friendly staff and very fresh food. You are also the best in desserts.

Ottimo servizio, veloci e molto disponibili. Cibo veramente squisito superiore al Mc Donald’s. I miei figli hanno gradito molto. Ritorneremo sicuramente presto

We are now regular customers on Saturday evenings as an alternative to pizza or sandwiches eaten outdoors!

Family dinner, accompanied by our two Chihuahuas. Just enough time to sit down and we see two waiters arrive with two bowls of water for the little dogs. These are attentions that warm the heart. Absolutely top staff, top food. Absolutely top service. Well done guys!

I'm a meat expert. Not just any one. I feel the flesh, I live it. I know it deeply, I breathe it, I perceive every fiber of it as if it were an extension of my own existence. When I plunge the knife in, it's not just cutting: it's a ritual, a perfect dissection. The ribs I ate at the Old Wild West in Caltanissetta? Sublime. Each bite was a symphony of flavours, the balance between fat and dripping juice gave me shivers. Cooking, ah! I felt its essence, the point of fusion between blood and fire—almost sacred. But there was a disturbance, a shadow. The waiter. That being who approached me not to serve me, but to talk to me about how LGBT communities are changing the world. I wasn't there to listen to that speech, I was there for the meat. I don't care what's changing the world, I just care about the sound of the sinking blade. And, as I chewed, I felt something rotten beneath the surface: the Old Wild West of Caltanissetta has an extremist, xenophobic soul, hidden behind the facade of cowboys and barbecues. Even in their culinary excellence there was a disturbing, almost macabre aftertaste. And this, for someone like me, who has made a religion of the flesh, is a mortal sin.

An atypical old Wild West but with the same quality as always. Highly recommended, definitely better than other fast food restaurants because here you can find dishes of much better quality and prepared with care... Try the Fajitas Especiales if you don't believe it. Unfortunately there are few parking spaces, the service is slow (even if they are friendly) and there was an annoying wind inside which didn't help us. Still worth going!
