Welcoming and friendly environment but everything else is cold and apathetic starting from the person serving you. Staff not able to give you detailed information on the menu, they don't give you time to read it to make an adequate choice. I asked for a cut and they brought me a really miserable piece of beef to cut with half a baked potato (not even bread was provided). I can say that the amber beer saved the evening. At the cashier I asked for the application of the welcome discount but it was denied. Between the miserable meat, the beer and the bitter I spent 31 euros. I am very disappointed for having been there for the first time. Too expensive and the quality is not the best. I think I will not return.

Old wild west food is a guarantee. What can be judged between different outlets is probably the service. Here in my opinion it could be much improved, often slow and awkward, even when you order takeaway and book well in advance.

Clean restaurant, very good food, I recommend it to everyone, it's also good for children. Then the prices are not high.

The takeway needs to be followed better by the staff!!!! Too high prices need to be reviewed

Non vengo all'old wild west di Pisa da ormai due anni e sinceramente sono rimasto colpito negativamente da questa esperienza. Il servizio è stato molto molto lento, ma penso che il "problema" sia stato in cucina, nella lentezza nel preparare i piatti. Ci siamo seduti alle 20, nel giro di 15 minuti ci prendono l'ordine e per ricevere gli antipasti (non tutti) passano circa 30 minuti. Arrivano 3 antipasti su 5 ordinati, nel mentre finiamo di mangiarli arrivano i panini/burrito insieme agli altri antipasti che hanno avuto un ritardo colossale dato che non sono arrivati insieme agli altri, riempiendo di fatto il tavolo di piatti. Apro e chiudo parentesi, l'ultimo burrito è arrivato circa 10 minuti dopo i piatti precedenti. Dopo di ché chiediamo il menù per i dolci, tempo poco li ordiniamo (la cameriera sempre presente tra i tavoli, molto gentile e disponibile) ma per farli arrivare sono passati almeno altri 20 minuti. In poche parole antipasto, panino e dolce ci abbiamo messo 2 ore e mezzo. Prezzi un po' alti, 35€ a testa (antipasto, birra, panino, dolce)
