Old Wild West In Pisa

Cold and absent staff, slow service despite there not being too many people, after 20 minutes of waiting they took our order and we had to wait more than 10 minutes before seeing the drinks we ordered arrive (a bottled coke and a fanta). Good food, dry and tasty fried food served with very good sauces. The tagliata with salad and parmesan that I ordered was good and I liked it even if it was completely unseasoned, a little dry and with 3 different cooking methods: there were some rare pieces, others medium rare and others overcooked as if they had combined leftovers to form the dish. The chicken that my companion ordered was good but too dry and at times tough. After the dishes arrived we had to wait at least another 5 minutes to get the cutlery to eat and the condiments (oil, salt, etc..).

the food was great!! but the counter area has a bad attitude the lady with a blonde hair and slim. if you asked question to her she seems that she doesnt want talk to you. ang role her eyes. girl if you dont want to work. stay at home.!!!!!

The food was not great, I often go to this chain but the baked potatoes were sweet and inedible, the guacamole seemed old. The service was ok, the environment was small compared to others and with few carriages.

Piatto di pollo servito non molto caldo, freddine le patate di accompagnamento, molto buoni i fagiolini. Il piatto di "verdure miste" è costituito almeno al 50% di patate. Servizio veloce. Sconodissimi i menù giganti da condividere in due.

Ho visitato questo posto in occasione di un pranzo di lavoro e devo dire che si mangia molto bene e il personale è molto cordiale gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente a tutti
