Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent food.

As good as any Old Wild West! The chicken salad wasn't good at all. The Rind fillet dish was served lukewarm. Everything else was fine.

Location rating 7 (average between an 8 for the standard franchise decor and a 6 for the lack of cleanliness in this place - on our table, about 1.50 meters from the floor, there was a giant spiderweb). Menu rating 8 (the quality is undoubtedly excellent). Service rating 3 (the cutlery was dirty - mostly fingerprints but also other things - so I asked for it to be changed... the waitress returned with two cutlery rolled up in paper and dirtier than the ones taken away... calling her back would have made no sense, so I sanitized them with my own hand sanitizer; furthermore, at least two tables who ordered after us were served before us - we were in no rush so I didn't say anything, otherwise it would have annoyed me). Price rating 6 (average between an 8 for the quality of the product and a 4 for the overall service.

Everything was excellent. I gave the service 4 stars, not because it wasn't efficient; on the contrary, it was truly excellent. But they could use a few more units.

Nice and accessible place, delicious food. The only downside was that we went at 7:00 PM, when it was empty, and still had to wait 40 minutes for a meat dish, a wrap, and nachos. Too slow; it seems they give top priority to online orders that come and go.

Excellent experience. A place where I now feel at home, where you eat well and leave satisfied.

The main flaw is the closing time. 10:30 PM, too early! Anyway, I love the salsa, oww!
