A typical Western-style restaurant, as the name suggests. Excellent meat dishes. Attentive and helpful staff.

I ordered from Old Wild West tonight and I want to leave a special review for the delivery guy. He arrived in just 15 minutes, a young, blond guy with a kind, welcoming smile. He was truly efficient and helpful; it's not every day you meet people so courteous in their work. I was disappointed I couldn't leave him a tip, because you can see he puts in a lot of effort and dedication. I hope the owners read this review and appreciate the value of having people like him on their team.

I've already written a review on the Just Eat app, but I want to report it here on Google to ensure the restaurant's management gets it. Tonight I ordered a New York Smash Burger, a chicken burrito, and fried chicken wings for dinner—products I often order from you and have always found to be of good quality in the past. Unfortunately, this time the experience was disappointing: one chicken wing was literally and completely raw, and the hamburger meat appeared subpar—it was black and dry. Working at another fast food chain, I have good experience recognizing when a product doesn't meet quality standards. I hope this report helps improve management and food preparation, because incidents like this seriously undermine the trust customers place in the restaurant. I hope this is just an isolated incident.

Service and food were average, but the desserts were handled poorly: cheesecake was half hot, half frozen (microwave), or the ice creams from the children's menu, one cup was less than half full and the other was coming out of the glass... when I mentioned it at the cashier they shrugged.
