I was this evening with my family for dinner in this place suitable for everyone. Excellent food and prices appropriate to the quality of the food. Very friendly, prompt and attentive staff. We will be back soon

As in all points of the "chain", professional and courteous staff, good quality food, welcoming structure. However, obviously there is always room for improvement such as air conditioning, waiting times, etc. but it's no good nitpicking. Satisfied!!! 🍷💥

Dishes in the old wild west style. Very approximate service, cutlery and drinks placed in a corner of the table. Finally, the desserts left on the tray and in glasses all dirty with topping.

I frequent Old Wild West often. The meat was good, the dishes well composed and presented, obviously the prices were a little above average but this time I received the potatoes almost cold (this is not done! If I want them cold I decide to wait for them to soften) and the bread it arrived at the end of lunch despite having been requested twice. You have to say that here in Val Montone the service left something to be desired. And it wasn't rush hour.

One of the few who always cooks there for you meaning you don't need reheated chips or reheated chicken. Excellent staff. Usual location but a little old. Kindness and courtesy of all of them. Well done.
