Old Wild West In Maida

Old Wild West made a good attempt to highlight the American style. It's not authentic now, but OK 👍 The staff is friendly and tries hard, even if there is a language barrier, hands and feet are included in the ordering process 👍 Works! My burger was really good and the fries were fresh and crispy. A visit is definitely worth it 🙋‍♂️

It's not the first time that upon entering I smelled something like stale water, today, paying attention, I noticed that the staff cleans the tables with cloths that I wouldn't even touch with gloves. I also noticed that they had a family sit at a table and they had to clean the table themselves because the lady noticed that it was dirty from the food of the previous occupants. On the topic of cleaning the place, I noticed that both the tables and the chairs, in the part not interested in the seats or support surfaces, were completely covered in ancient dust; this makes me think that they only clean on "Easter" (as they say. When they delivered our plates, I noticed that my plate was resting on the food of the plate of a gentleman sitting next to me (sorry sir but it's not My fault. Last but not least, half the place was cordoned off in front of the 13 people in line waiting for the waitress to show them their seats. I'm sorry that this is the management trend lately because the western idea isn't bad. We hope for an improvement in staff management and cleaning

The baffa and wraps are great, the sandwiches are very low quality and the service is really poor, some of the waiters should learn education because it is lacking at the core. The environment is nice and quite clean.

Semplicemente tutto buonissimo e di ottima qualità, ogni volta è un piacere e una certezza ritornarci, con la famiglia è una tappa fissa ogni volta che andiamo al centro commerciale

Nonostante gli anni, il locale riesce a mantenere la stessa qualità nel servizio e nel cibo.

E già da un bel po di tempo che volevamo andare a mangiare in questo posto.Per quelli che amano mangiare in stile americano e il posto giusto. Consiglio soprattutto le costolette al bbq e il piatto messicano per 2 persone!!!!
