Fast, professional, welcoming, and kind staff. Impeccable service. Clean environment! Top quality! (As for the food, what can I say? Excellent as always; the crispy chicken strips with lime are highly recommended.) They uphold the chain's reputation!

Friendly staff, always ready to satisfy customers' needs. I've been to several Old Wild West restaurants and I can assure you, this is the best... immaculately clean and excellent quality food with generous portions. Highly recommended for young people, families, and seniors...keep it up!

As soon as I left, I tried a delicious new product: the black pepper filler. It was delicious. I was alone and was greeted warmly and served equally well by a very friendly girl at the cash register. Highly recommended.

22/10/2025: We visited this place yesterday for the second time, and as usual, it didn't disappoint. The potatoes were delicious and plentiful, as were the sandwiches. The owner was very kind and always available, and the atmosphere was quiet and very relaxing. We'll be back soon.
31/08/2025: I highly recommend coming and trying their sandwiches and draft beers. We had the option of choosing between three flavored buns. I chose the basil one, which paired perfectly with the sandwich. The staff was very welcoming, and the dining room was air-conditioned. I'll definitely be back.
