I was there today for lunch, even though we didn't book they did the fastest possible to find us accommodation, excellent value for money, we will be back.

Friendly, smiling staff, always ready to satisfy the customer.
Excellent food.
Tried other places from the same chain but Castelletto is always the TOP!

We have been going to this restaurant for years, but never like the last time we found ourselves like this, unfortunately there was very little attention to the service; there was a lack of attention when going around the tables to see if something was missing, once dinner was finished we ordered a coffee, after a long wait and despite having ordered coffee, the plates with the finished dinner remained on the table until at the conclusion; even though the waitress had taken the order and brought the coffee to the table....I hope they can improve.

Il ristorante è molto frequentato ma gli spazi sono ampi a sufficienza.
Cena per quattro, con due bambini, devo dire buona attenzione del personale, qualità migliorabile sai dell’ambiente, eravamo immagino sotto l’unità del condizionatore che va verso l’esterno considerate le condizioni del soffitto da cui colava acqua e pareva ammuffito e l’osso trovato nel panino di mia moglie, certo un “pulled ribs” ma strozzarsi o rischiare di farsi male ai denti non è il massimo. La cameriera si è scusata cosa comunque apprezzabile, sicuramente però non va bene

The taste of the food was very good. Portion size wasn't very big. The food and drinks were simply left on the spot without asking who got what. Unfortunately it's on a road so I can't give it more points.

Fabulous experience, well cooked food, and also excellent service, I thank the waiter with the long black hair very much, he was very nice and kind, when you meet waiters like that the whole experience gets extra points!!

Old wild west una garanzia, cibo ottimo e camerieri cortesi. Prezzo giusto per quello che si mangia, panini ottimi e sfiziosità eccellenti
