Amazing Old Wild West Rooster!!!!

Everything was very good compared to other Old Wild West places.. perfect and very fast service!

I was in the Lingotto area with my family to see a movie. Feeling hungry, we headed to Old Wild West and sat down. After placing our order, we received everything in a timely manner, allowing for the dishes to be prepared, which were beautifully presented and delicious. The staff was able to accommodate our requests, and especially the manager, Marco, was attentive to the customer's needs, even managing to accommodate a noob like myself on his birthday. Among other things, he provided a complimentary birthday cup that was truly delicious and enormous. What can I say? A positive experience, and above all, the staff's ability to respond to requests with professionalism and speed. Kudos especially to Mr. Marco for his patience and helpfulness.

I returned to Old Wild West and overall the experience was decent, but with room for improvement. The dishes are quite good and well-presented, the portions are decent, and the flavors are pleasant, although some details could use some attention to make them truly special. The weak point was the service: the staff seemed inattentive and not particularly attentive to customer requests. The wait times to order and receive assistance were quite long, which impacted the overall experience. In short, a restaurant with considerable potential that could make a leap in quality by improving customer service and refining its culinary offerings.

I had a good experience, the prices and quantities are fair and satisfactory.

Mi sono fermata per un pranzo veloce in questo locale,a differenza di tante altre recensioni a me e’ andata meglio riguardo il servizio,sono sta subito servita. Opto per un burger new american con patatine e salsa barbecue. La salsa,visto il colore non invitante ho preferito lasciarla senza nemmeno assaggiarla (probabilmente dovuto al caldo). L’ hamburger troppo olioso, le patatine erano più asciutte. Non penso di tornare (e le arterie ringraziano).

Giriamo per il centro commerciale "il lingotto" per scegliere il locale per mangiare e scorgiamo una signorina ( Deborah) che ci sorride ...subito ci sentiamo accolti ed entriamo La sua gentilezza e la sua disponibilità ci ha portati ad ordinare tutto ciò che ci ha consigliato ... un'abbuffata come si suol dire a Napoli🤣🤣🤣 Tutto buono Grazie Deborah Sicuramente ritorneremo.
