Old Wild West In Torino

I went to your house last night for dinner with my boyfriend. The experience didn't start in the best way, we didn't like the way the waitresses welcomed us, very grumpy, no smile and an annoyed attitude especially after asking if we could sit at the table next to the one we had been assigned ( it had to be set and after the waitress cleaned it, I thanked her without receiving half a smile, she left annoyed). Average hamburger sandwiches, very good potatoes and appetizer mix. I wouldn't return for the service because when I enter a place I have to feel welcomed, which is something that has been lacking.

I always appreciate the service and the food never disappoints. Excellent attention to the little ones.

Siamo andati di domenica al Lingotto e ci siamo fermati a mangiare al Old wild west . Mangiare molto buono, carne ottima presi due gran Canyon mix e un hamburger con patatine . Anche il dolce buono e servizio abbastanza veloce . Unica pecca a pagare non ci hanno letto un buono che avevamo e anche le cassiere erano un po’ scocciate . Torneremo per la carne ottima 🥩

Hello everyone... considering that this place is very welcoming due to its characteristic furnishings... and sensations of warmth given its color and harmony... in this restaurant chain you can find very good dishes and sandwiches!! At the lingotto where we passed several times we had a good time... the only awareness to report is the following: Give detailed information for the coupons if you specify when ordering what is in line with the menu and what is not. ..and what you specifically need to know""!!! Ok, having said this, in my specific case...for the baffo beer I was not given a refund of the coupon because it was not specified to me that I should have known without it being written to say when ordering to choose the fermented baffo beer and not the one on the menu price list... So €2.90 is still the offer on the menu with the €6.90 sandwich... so I find this rude and incorrect" don't specify to those who obviously don't know !?? However, the manager immediately raised awareness with great kindness and I appreciated maaaaa""". .the fact remains that I didn't have the coupon offer... I was taken away from €3.60 of the cover charge and therefore the €5 remained €1.40 so there was no change... .so I gave the coupon but I was offered 2 coffees...well what can I say?!!"""" It's fine anyway it doesn't matter...in short we'll see each other next time no regrets....but always raise awareness on my part if there is something wrong line. !!! It is located inside the shopping centre. The inside is very nice. We had rib-eye steak and it was delicious. We also liked the sauce and potatoes very much, and the crispy plate we bought was also nice. Prices are a little high for burgers, if not for this plate. Also, drink prices are very high. This is a hamburger place and it's ridiculous that a glass of coke costs 4-5 euros. Also, none of the staff spoke even a little English, making it difficult to get along.

The service was quite slow, which ruined the overall experience a bit. However, the food was served hot and, despite the wait, it was still good. With a little more attention to the speed of service, the experience would certainly be better.

Not very impressed with the burger and fries we ordered, they are really mediocre! The service was also very very slow!

I went there for lunch with a friend. Good service, they are very courteous. Good food and an environment that recalls the places of the West. I recommend it.
