Old Tenconi Pub In Milano

My hubby and I wanted to watch the men’s ice hockey Olympics gold metal game between USA and Canada at 2:15 pm before attending the AC MILAN vs PARMA match at 6:00 pm so we found this pub. When we got there the 2 TVs were showing the hockey game which we were very happy about. Besides us, there were 2 other people from the U.S. to watch the hochey game. As the pub got busier and packed with a lot more local people going to the AC MILAN game, the owner switched the channel all of the sudden to a local rugby game. They did this without checking with us b/c it was by the popular demand from the local patrons despite we plead to them that the hockey game was about to end soon. We were clearly very disappointed as we missed the OT where the USA team scored and won. One thing we learned that the Italian ppl don’t care about ice hockey!

What can I say? A must-try for anyone going to the San Siro stadium or just enjoying a beer, plus excellent dishes and sandwiches for a quick meal.

A very good restaurant offering a wide range of services. The quality of the food served is undoubtedly commendable. However, there is a concern regarding the cleanliness of the restrooms. This aspect requires immediate improvement. We hope this observation will contribute to an even more positive customer experience.

Quiet pub. Decent service. A bit noisy. Convenient parking.

A lovely, cozy coffee bar with a small pastry shop. About a 5-minute walk from the San Siro metro station. The sweets and coffee are good and reasonably priced. You can also store bags and luggage here if you're going to an Inter or AC Milan football match.

A good pub, the only one open in the area, with good beer and freshly made sandwiches. A bit out of the way, but okay!

I've always had a great time and felt at home. The food is always good, fresh, and freshly prepared. The ladies are wonderful, always friendly and welcoming, and prepare delicious dishes and sandwiches. I hope they never change!

I've been frequenting this pub for over a year now, having discovered it by chance due to its proximity to my workplace. The staff are friendly and approachable, always smiling. I've never had a problem, and I've developed a good rapport with the staff. The food and drink are good. I highly recommend it 😁
