Good quality dish all freshly prepared, the same goes for cold cuts and cheeses. Some dishes are typical of the place and prepared according to tradition.

Locale molto carino, con spazi esterni dove c'è un bel giardino con alcuni giochi. Posizione molto carina, vicino al belvedere di Panni, al centro e alla torretta. Molto buoni e abbondanti gli antipasti locali, salumi, pizza di patate, polpette pane e verdure, fagioli e verdure cotte.. Tris di primi interessanti con paccheri zucca e salsiccia, salsa funghi e cinghiale. Buoni anche i tiramisù fatti in casa.

Good raw materials, tasty dishes, the pizza is also really good, light dough. Polite and kind owner. Excellent value for money. Wide choice of products and attention to intolerances.

Amazing service. Perfectly freah food. Incredible selection of locally inspiried and traditional dishes. Delicious. I had tears in my eyes as an italian-Canadian looking for an authentic experience. This was well worth the visit. The drivw there and views are also exceptional and like nowhere else in italy.

If you have to dine in this place, fast for a couple of days, you eat a lot and good prices are average for a good quality of dishes.... to be returned

A location worth visiting even just for the wonderful view it offers... it's a shame that the food isn't up to par but if you're not too demanding about this the trip is worth it

04/11/2024: The location is beautiful in an area that needs places like this, the dishes are good. I realize that the fixed menu may raise some doubts, but believe me when I tell you that it is worth it, it is not demanding and the courses are well proportioned. We had dinner with friends last month, booking at the last second, the only thing the owner recommended was punctuality, but then again, how could he blame him, it was a Saturday evening. everything was very good, we particularly appreciated the hot appetizers and the first course (really very tasty). Good selection of wines, we will consider it for future "group" dinners.
30/10/2024: I'm originally from the place and when I go down to San Severo we always stop by the Officina del Gusto, excellent quality food, a very beautiful and evocative location and then we eat like God, compliments to the Chef. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

01/09/2024: Siamo stati in vacanza a Vieste e un giorno passeggiando ci s8amo fermati attratti dalla vetrina dei gelati , premetto che sono una vera intenditrice quindi solo con la vista mi rendo conto della qualità poi il gusto e la consistenza insieme alle materie prime fa il resto , ebbene devo dire fantastici i sapori , io preso more e yogurt una vera delizia per non parlare del tiramisù e cioccolato fondente insomma ci siamo ritornati altre volte per la bontà e solo alla fine abbiamo scoperto che aveva vinto il primo premio che dire merita andateci .
