Old fox Bar & Pub In Montecatini-terme

These English pubs outside the island are always similar. But this place has excellent English snacks, made by Italians... I mean, they're better than anything you could ever find on the island. Plus, the beer is from their own brewery, "Barona." The best in Milan.

I am a regular customer of the pub. After a day of work I sit on a corner of the counter to sip a beer. A little chat with Diego and Rubin. My thoughts go their own way but my eyes are attentive. I observe the customers and their ways, I catch snippets of conversation. The staff is attentive, very friendly, they go out of their way to please everyone. Many are friends or regular customers like me. I know Milan like the back of my hand but this is my favorite pub. The beers? Magda is my favorite. It is a sensory experience. The kitchen is managed by an English man of few words but with an exquisite kindness like his dishes. I highly recommend it without reservations.

Super recommended place, amazing food, I have eaten here several times without ever being disappointed. There is always a beautiful atmosphere, the staff is young, friendly and fun. The selection of beers is thought out down to the smallest detail just like the aesthetics of the place the Lady violette is my favorite drink!!!

We hadn't been back to the Old Fox since our (alas distant) Catholic University days, and I must say that I was very, very happy with the experience. Even though it was Saint Patrick's Irish night, and the place was packed inside and out with very happy kids, with obvious consequences on service times, the staff were simply delightful and attentive. The food is absolutely excellent, with quality ingredients carefully prepared. The beer is only local, but with an assortment capable of satisfying all palates, and the cider was excellent, as well as having its origin and characteristics explained in detail. In short, well done!

Bazzico questo posto da molto tempo, e c'è poco da dire, posto e qualità eccellenti. Un sushi superiore alla media montecatinese e la possibilità di trovare piatti come le tagliatelle al ragù (che a mio gusto sono meglio di tante trattorie) e il fritto misto di pesce (solo a cena e anch'esso molto valido) rompe un po' rispetto a quello che è un classico sushi, essendo in grado di dare una possibilità di mangiare a quell'amico a cui non piace il pesce crudo. Ve lo consiglio soprattutto per la location e provare l'esperienza di mangiare all'interno di una gabbia per uccelli dorata, provare per credere.
