Sidewalk bistro that is a great deal for those who want to sit and enjoy the city. I have had a variety of their menu in the past 2 weeks. Very close to my rental apartment for early morning coffee.

Came for an aperitivo before dinner. Place was crowded but we managed a table outside. Aperol Spritz and Hugo Spritz were good; they brought some snacks but it didn’t convince.

It was my first time in Lucca, and this restaurant is magnificent. The food is a 10/10, but the best was the waiter service, especially the young man who agreed to speak Italian to me. I hope everything goes well. It's a pleasure to be served by such kind people. I definitely recommend the bar.

Had coffee, great service, and for two drinks, we didn't have any service/table charges. The toilet was Italian-style, so it could have been cleaner ;).

Neat little place, friendly service, and excellent food. It's on a busy corner, but convenient on the way from the parking lot to the city center.

Our son's exact words: "That was the worst salami pizza I've ever eaten." The chicken salad was okay, but the meat was battered and pressed. The side bread had the same consistency as the croutons in the salad. The staff was very friendly and polite. Otherwise, I'd recommend it as a bar.

02/09/2025: We stopped by quickly for a stroll before lunchtime and found Poldo's tavern. Contrary to the reviews, we had a great time. Excellent Chianina burgers, with a choice of cheeses, sauces, and vegetables. The gentleman who served us was quick, friendly, and kind, and the place was clean. Thank you very much.

29/08/2025: Greeted by a sea breeze with the windows reflecting, it cheered us up for the evening... we were at this restaurant where the portions were à la "Bud Spencer & Terence Hill" in his best-selling book, called it Trinity... it made this last evening of this wonderful summer a perfect end to an August 2025... Compliments to the staff who treated us like VIPs, "Prince of Piedmont" style, made us feel like an upper-middle-class family... What can I say... I just have to thank everyone... "TO US!!!!"
