Okami In Torino

Personally, I really liked it! There is a lot of variety, especially in the sashimi. The quality seems excellent to me and the price is that of a normal AYCE. I will definitely go back, they are kind and helpful. The service is slightly slow but not to cause disappointment, even if very subjective. I'll be back for sure!

First off, this restaurant is now called Miya, probably new name or new owners sho are chinese. Please note that the dinner buffet is 26 euros but there is additional 2 euros service charge and it does not include the dessert. The dessert costs an extra 5 euros even though I asked for a half portion. There was no mention of the service charge at the start nor the additional charge for dessert at the start or at time of ordering it. The food is okay, not top quality Japanese as expected at an all you can eat, depends on what dish you chose. The tempura prawns were very fresh and tasty though the batter crumbles. The seafood soup is soupy with small bits of prawns while the chicken fried rice has tiny bits of chicken. The salmon sashimi is fresh but the flesh is not as firm as it should be. The seaweed is very good as they added sesame to it which gave it an extra kick. Finally they gave me the wrong roll - looks triangular it only has a thin slice of salmon on top of a mountain of rice, the one I ordered was with salmon and prawn- so obviously they switched to a cheaper one. Overall, I would say its okay. I just dont like the hidden charges and extra costs. I would not recommend this place. Suggest that you find another all you can eat place that is more transparent in its pricing.
