I'm from San Marino, and whenever I pass through Modena, I can't help but stop at Ok Amigo! Their sandwiches have been a constant companion for 12 years now—superb quality, truly delicious!

It used to be a nice place. In just a few years, prices have skyrocketed and portions have dropped significantly. The wait times are very long, even when the place is half-empty, because they give priority to takeout. Too bad.

South American-themed place (the owners are Chilean). The meat is prepared like in South America: good. They make fast food-style sandwiches, but also meat dishes. I had a meat and cheese sandwich and it was good. The fries were excellent. I didn't particularly like the meat enpanadas.

21/09/2025: We stayed for one night as a central stopover between visiting the Modena and Maranello museums. The room was modern and very well-maintained, with automatic check-in and check-out. It could use a little more maintenance, but nothing more to add.
