This place has potential, but the service and food don't quite make up for it.
I agree with their not-so-nice approach to inviting people to place their last order before the kitchen closes.
To be honest, we remembered it differently.
I hope for a change, because that would be a real shame.

Good all you can eat... when we feel like breaking the rules (culinary, of course) we go there. It's above average, the service is fast, and the staff are friendly: recommended. P.S. You need to book.

Very nice atmosphere, average food but nothing exciting, some of the staff isn't super friendly. It's a bit behind the curve; there's better AYCA sushi in town.

Everything not only sushi but also miso soup, tempura and sashimi was perfect!
Went back there in January 2026, the waiters are very rude, how they "toss" plates and make noises on the table was quite unprofessional. Every waiter was unacceptable.

Frequento questo ristorante dal 2016, quindi da quasi dieci anni: l’ho visto cambiare, rinnovarsi and crescere. eccellente.
Proprio per questo, qualche giorno fa, dopo alcuni mesi di assenza, sono rimasta negativamente sorpresa. Servizio al tavolo. Nel portarci bevande and comande ci hanno praticamente “lanciato” bottiglie, lattine and piatti, sbattendoli sul tavolo come se stessero facendo unfavored.
The best way to do this is to dissipate davvero, perché per tantissimi anni è stato uno dei miei AYCE preferiti.
Valutazione: 3/5, solo perché sono affezionata al posto e gli ingredienti sono freschissimi, ma il servizio è pessimo.

I've been a regular at this sushi restaurant since 2016, almost ten years now, and I've witnessed its changes and renovations over the years. The quality of the ingredients has always been consistent, especially the sashimi: the quality has consistently been very high. For a long time, the service has also been excellent, which is one of the reasons I've been a repeat customer.
But because of these expectations, when I returned a few months ago, I was actually more disappointed. The problem wasn't the food—the ingredients were still fresh and of good quality—but the attitude and table service. When serving drinks and food, the waiters practically slammed bottled and canned drinks and plates onto the table, their movements rude and loud, giving the impression of "charity." Such an experience makes it difficult to eat in peace, let alone enjoy the meal.
To be honest, I'm disappointed because it used to be one of my favorite all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants. But after this experience, I probably won't give it another chance.
Rating: 3/5 I only bought it because I have an emotional attachment to this restaurant, and the ingredients are indeed fresh and of good quality, but the service is really bad.

The first Ayce in Rome I tried, and I loved it.
The quality and freshness of the fish are excellent, as are the flavors.
It's thanks to Oishi that I began to fall in love with sashimi and nigiri; they're truly delicious and melt in your mouth.
There's a wide selection of dishes.
The mango mochi, on the other hand, aren't the best—a shame.
The service is good, fast, and professional; the waiters are kind and helpful.
The atmosphere is beautiful, a feast for the eyes, with its colors and decorations; it's very welcoming. I hope to eat in the neon-colored dining room one day.
