This restaurant is located in the countryside between Ghedi and Viadana di Calvisano. The atmosphere is pleasant, with air-conditioned indoor tables and outdoor ceiling fans, one per table (essential on these very hot days). The meats are excellent, and the menu offers a wide selection. Prices are in line with the amount consumed. The staff is very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I have to update my review because this evening, August 11th, we experienced terrible service due to a significant delay in our food, with the sole justification being that "there were so many of you" (half the restaurant was empty). I should add that the quality didn't exceed the three stars I very generously gave it.

It all started as a gamble, to try something new, and I have to say it went very well! We tried a bit of everything, from the tagliatelle in salmi to the picanha baltica (spectacular), the scrocchiarella with buffalo mozzarella and mortadella, and finally the tiramisu, and it was all delicious. The service was prompt, the location was lovely, and the final bill was fair for what we ordered. The only downside... the neighborhood! Unfortunately, the neighboring farms, with their unpleasant odors and noise, are a bit of a nuisance.
