I have been their customer for many years and I must say that the quality of the food is really high! For breakfast they have various lactose-free products, but even when I took the risk by taking sweets containing lactose I never felt bad because they were always very fresh (I'm not intolerant, but it often makes me feel bad, especially if the dairy product hasn't been well preserved) ! They are also a salvation for dinner when I get home late from work, because you just need to book from their website with collection or delivery. The owner and many of the people who work there are super nice and helpful!

Officine Ibba is the jewel of a center named Santa Maria Delle Mole. Santa Maria needed a place like this one; After long time frequenting IBBA establishment, I decided write a full complete review. Let’s start by saying that officine Ibba it’s a very elegant place and very well decorated but it’s not pretentious; The staff is attentive, courteous and warm. Service in general it’s exceptional. Price is moderate and in line on what you order, e.g. if you order a Franciacorta or a Prosecco; If you want to be inside, no matter the season, I suggest you to reserve for lunch or dinner; BREAKFAST: the cappuccini are very well done by the trained, professional and experienced staff. The selection of pastry and most of all “the cornetti”, are amazing. I like the treccina w honey and walnuts. Amazing. You will find a lot of selections and are all home made; Severina and Franco that are the pioneers of officine Ibba they have different roles but the leader of this bar (restaurant) different bistro is their driving force son Simone, who had to go through extensive studies on wines, bubbles, gins, amari, and liquors in general….. You will find a UNIQUE EXTENSIVE selection that you cannot find anywhere else in the Roman Castle; For this reason…. BEFORE LUNCH AND DINNER the selection of aperitifs it’s basically infinite. The portions are generous. Aperitif it’s always served with something to eat, I suggest the green sweet olives that are superb. Tramezzini (triangle sandwiches) are daily home made (by Severina) and you will find a large selection. If you want to go for “Apericena”, which means “aperitif-dinner”. Then….after that….with all the food that they bring you at the table with your drink, you will not need to go somewhere else for dinner. Finally, Weekly Lunch and dinner menus are very often new, some dishes rotate, the peculiarity of IBBA’S cuisine is that they offer you very new flavours and also many of the traditional dishes but sometimes also revisited. That’s invite you to go wondering more often and find out what’s going on. Congratulations to the chef !! For desserts and cakes JUST GO don’t wait. Lighting are soothing, great selection of music, music volume and voices volume its very very moderate, It can be a romantic place too if you wish. I believe they close at 1am but check it out. Abbiamo trascorso una serata molto piacevole in questo pub se così possiamo definirlo. Abbiamo scelto aperitivo per 4 e una bottiglia di vino . Tutto molto buono con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . I ragazzi disponibili e sempre attenti. Grazie ci ritorneremo
