01/09/2025: I walked in, and I was surprised; I hadn't expected such a gem at 11 p.m., while walking a friend's dog. The smell of meat called to me. I instinctively knew it: he had magic, unspoken, unseen. But as a colleague, I knew his hands could follow that passion within him. I chose the bread, morbidone, and began to see the best combinations, below left, something that would ignite my gustatory pupils... so many countries, but this meat almost bloody. I sat outside, counted the seconds of the meat as I asked, stood up, and from experience, it was ready, just in the time I asked for. The caramelized onion cooked with vinegar, but with a particular, as if combined with the apple meat, gave off a slight sting. The blood is there as it darkens thanks to the light. The cheddar and the bacon go hand in hand... A real blast if you want some freestyle experience and precision...

06/08/2025: Truly an excellent experience! The burgers were simply delicious. You could taste the quality in every bite! The service was super fast and super friendly, the staff always smiling and attentive to every detail. The atmosphere is also truly welcoming, well-kept, and pleasant. I'll definitely be back!
