Ordinati tagliere di salumi e formaggi buona, 2 grigliate miste, abbondanti, ma....com è possibile dopo neanche 1 minuto già servite al tavolo? We have been frequenting this place for some time, and always with a lot of enthusiasm, we are always pleasantly welcomed and pampered by the staff, even the owner who is always attentive and helpful. Last Saturday we tried the tuna tongs, and the mixed platter, which were missing from the previous mixed roast dinners, burgers and other delights such as roast potatoes with melted cheeses, which are delicious. The staff is always friendly and precise, and the chef is always available for any variation. What can I say, we will continue to frequent this place, they will certainly put up with us... the place is located in one of the most important squares of "Belpasso", the chessboard of Sicily. During our visits to "L'Officina del Cibo" in Belpasso, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and attention to detail of the place. We started with a delicious pinsa with tuna, Tropea onion and rocket. The base was light and crunchy, with a perfect combination of flavors thanks to the tuna, onion and rocket. Every bite was a balanced and satisfying taste experience. Afterwards, we enjoyed a platter of cured meats and cheeses. The selection was excellent, with a variety of flavorful meats and high-quality cheeses. Each element of the platter was carefully chosen to offer a mix of flavors that complemented each other perfectly. The presentation was careful, making the visual experience as pleasant as the gustatory one. We accompanied the meal with a classic Negroni. But the wines and beers are excellent already tasted in previous tastings. However, the preparation of the cocktail was impeccable, with the right balance between sweetness and bitterness. It was the perfect complement to the dishes we tasted, adding a touch of sophistication to the whole experience. The restaurant has a welcoming and well-kept atmosphere, with attention to detail that is reflected in both the furnishings and the service. The staff were friendly and helpful, the owner was very friendly and made our visit even more pleasant. In short, "L'Officina del Gusto" in Belpasso is certainly a place to visit for those looking for a high quality culinary experience. The pinsa with tuna, the cold cuts and cheese platter and the Negroni were all excellent, demonstrating the venue's dedication to offering delicious, well-presented dishes. But in our previous visits we tasted the mixed roasts, the shank, in short. We will definitely be back to try other specialties!

We are from Piedmont and we didn't know where to eat. But then we stopped at the food workshops, service ok, meat ok, fresh ingredients, owner who is attentive to the customer as well as being a beautiful woman and a worker and is passionate about her work.
