Super risto pub pizzeria in the Ariosto area of ​​Lecce. Very large selection of beers including many Italian. The pizza is excellent, Neapolitan-style with a nice crunchy crust (it can also be taken away). The meat is also amazing and of great quality and cooked and served masterfully. Prices in relation to quality, paid parking outside the venue. Fast and attentive service.

I never leave reviews when I go to eat, but this place really deserves to be mentioned... I ate yesterday with a group of friends and I can say with certainty as a pizza chef that the pizza they make is excellent... the ingredients they use are excellent and give that extra sprint to an equally excellent mixture...quality beers not even worth talking about...I say good, everything was excellent...I will definitely be back

Easily digestible pizza but with seasoning to be increased in quantity. Average roast but not great meat. Good but expensive beers. Well furnished environment where it is not possible to chat without rumbling in the background. Quality/price ratio unbalanced towards the top. Good courtesy and assistance from all staff.

Nice place, very friendly and kind service, very good food

We stayed on Saturday evening 11 January 2025... to say that everything was excellent is to say the least!!! We come from Manduria where the clubs, restaurants and hamburger shops are there and they are good too... but Officine Birrai I believe they have an added value! The service from the staff was also excellent! I congratulate the guys who serve the tables! Really kind and professional!

Buon convivo! Peccato che tanti per non dire tantissimi hanno la televisione in ogni dove e la conversazione si fa difficile. Un angolo per chi vuol lasciare i cellulari, la musica e soprattutto la televisione sarebbe ottimo!

Solitamente, si ha sempre la percezione che un ristorante che si focalizza solo su un unico concept di cibo abbia una qualità maggiore, e viceversa, potendosi concentrare solo su quello, ma questo ristorante mi ha fatto ricredere. Non è una pizzeria, ne un hamburgeria, ma offre entrambe le opzioni e molto altro, e inaspettatamente tutto di qualità impeccabile. Pizza buonissima, lievitazione perfetta, leggera, saporita. Hamburger ottimi, carne squisita, cottura precisa, bun homemade morbido e gustoso. Per ogni piatto, gli accostamenti degli ingredienti sono studiati per creare un sapore unico, per niente scontato, che non sfugge nemmeno ai più inesperti. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti, oltre al fatto che il ristorante è molto grande, accogliente e dall’ambiente familiare, gestito da uno splendido personale gentile e disponibile. Persino il tagliere di salumi e formaggi che abbiamo preso come antipasto era eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente!
