Beautiful place. The menu is extensive, they make everything. The food is good; we tried several items and everything was delicious. I recommend the meatballs and the horse meat. The beers are obviously all good. The prices are also fair.

I gave five stars for the food, service, and ambiance: I like to be honest. The four stars are because the owner isn't particularly friendly (personal opinion). Really good pizza and a remarkable selection of local beers. The service staff are very efficient and helpful. The prices are a little above average, but the quality justifies them.

We came as a couple.
Not a very romantic place.
We received a warm welcome.
We were disappointed by the pizzas, which had too much lemon.
The spritz wasn't very good.
The beers, however, were very good.
We recommend this establishment for a visit with friends, not just for a romantic getaway.

Finally, Officine Birrai. Desired, dreamed, and finally experienced. A wonderful evening of company and experience. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, especially from Rosy (aka Teresa M. :)). She interacted with professionalism and warmth. A spacious and airy place for beer lovers, with beers from their own microbrewery, Officine, and beers from two other quality breweries, Olmata and Birra Salento. The selection is varied and enticing. Among the beers we drank were the Fumè (Rauch), the Fresca (Blanche), the Tipa (Session IPA), and the BK (Stout). The menu, of course, couldn't ignore the food-beer pairing, so they suggest the perfect beer to pair with each dish. The connection is so close that it's unclear whether the beer enhances the flavors of the dishes or the dishes enhance the distinctive characteristics of the beers. The answer is certainly somewhere in between. Start with a bowl of paprika and lime chips and a platter of cured meats and cheeses, then move on to the first courses with a couple of delicious options. "Birrarbonara delle Officine," a carbonara made with Birra Agricola beer, featuring pecorino romano, free-range eggs, and guanciale, and "Spaghettone cacio e birra." For the main course, "Cooked cod in oil" with wild greens and yellow cherry tomatoes, and "Poached octopus in a pignata." For sharing, a crunchy pizza, the "Affumicata," a crispy focaccia pizza with Black Angus carpaccio, crispy eggplant, smoked Apulian burrata, Castelmagno cheese, and truffle-infused oil. A sensory experience that deserves multiple visits to sample other tempting pairings.

There are no words to describe this place, a truly wonderful discovery, close to the center of Lecce. Delicious dishes, from meat to pizza.
What can I say? Their strong point is the staff, truly professional and excellent.
We will definitely return to this wonderful place, to enjoy both quality and quantity of food.

Un gran restaurante familiar siempre ocupado y una fábrica de cerveza que sirve una gran variedad de platos italianos e internacionales con un enfoque en la carne. La comida es genial, las porciones son grandes y los precios son razonables. El servicio prestado por el personal fue amable y rápido. A menudo está completamente lleno, así que haga una reserva.
