Whenever we want to eat excellent pizza (the absolute best among all the pizzerias we've visited in Salento), and not just pizza, we come to Officine Birrai because everything is so good, plus the welcoming atmosphere makes us want to come back. And that's what we do consistently.

The meat sandwich is also well-executed, with juicy, well-cooked meat paired with balanced ingredients and a well-textured bread. Attention to ingredients and technique is evident in both dishes, resulting in a consistent and satisfying experience. Friendly service and a casual atmosphere complete the picture.

Both the meat and pizza are excellent. A wide selection of excellent beers. The prices are fair for the quality.

Guys, food, place... Everything excellent!!!

I ordered a sandwich, which, unfortunately, arrived a little overcooked, almost burnt. Otherwise, everything was exceptional, with excellent service. I recommend the birramisu, truly delicious.
