Beautiful location, attentive staff and fast service, the beers tasted were those of the venue and especially the West Coast IPA with fresh hops was in good shape. Very good pizza and fair bill.

Truly a pleasant discovery. For a business dinner I discovered this place, a truly welcoming environment, friendly staff who know how to advise impeccably. Excellent quality dishes, both the pizza crunch and the meats. The beers obviously at the TOP. I will definitely return.

Yesterday evening without any half and no reservation but with a desire to eat a good pizza, and therefore it occurred to me to go to Officine Birrai I was in the company of a Brazilian Chef friend, we entered without any reservation and asked if it was possible to sit at a table for two and with a very kind and friendly manner they made us sit down and with a nice surprise we realized that Officine Birrai were participating in the "International Disability Day" that very evening and therefore we found ourselves being served at the table also by young people with disabilities who among other things animated the tables with the tambourine playing the pizzica and at the same time dancing....a great demonstration, I congratulate the staff and management of Officine Birrai, let's get to the point: the pizza, I ordered the Regina Margherita Gialla and my friend a Prosciutto e Bufala I think... 10 cum laude dough, nice, light, soft and fragrant at the same time, the fresh toppings such as fiordilatte and buffalo mozzarella and tomato, excellent cooking although with burnt spots on the edge of the pizza, not at all burnt, well-balanced and blended ingredients, so much so that my Chef friend was impressed, all accompanied with 2 well-filled glasses of Primitivo all at the right cost of €37. Excellent service, staff always attentive and kind, so much so that my friend was unable to eat the whole pizza the waiter asked her if she needed the cardboard to take the remaining half of the pizza home, another detail that should not be underestimated is seeing the manager going around the tables if everything was normal, what can I say is a large, spacious but not distracting environment, informal place, sober but very particular, the important thing is to see the kitchens behind exposed glass and very clean and with coordinated staff. So it is a place where we will gladly return! I extend our congratulations to everyone at Officine Birrai!

Buon convivo! Peccato che tanti per non dire tantissimi hanno la televisione in ogni dove e la conversazione si fa difficile. Un angolo per chi vuol lasciare i cellulari, la musica e soprattutto la televisione sarebbe ottimo!

Solitamente, si ha sempre la percezione che un ristorante che si focalizza solo su un unico concept di cibo abbia una qualità maggiore, e viceversa, potendosi concentrare solo su quello, ma questo ristorante mi ha fatto ricredere. Non è una pizzeria, ne un hamburgeria, ma offre entrambe le opzioni e molto altro, e inaspettatamente tutto di qualità impeccabile. Pizza buonissima, lievitazione perfetta, leggera, saporita. Hamburger ottimi, carne squisita, cottura precisa, bun homemade morbido e gustoso. Per ogni piatto, gli accostamenti degli ingredienti sono studiati per creare un sapore unico, per niente scontato, che non sfugge nemmeno ai più inesperti. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti, oltre al fatto che il ristorante è molto grande, accogliente e dall’ambiente familiare, gestito da uno splendido personale gentile e disponibile. Persino il tagliere di salumi e formaggi che abbiamo preso come antipasto era eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente!
