I can't find any faults in our experience. We went as a family, and despite not having booked and despite the "evil dwarves" of our children, they sat us at a table that my son liked with sports seats. Everyone was smiling and kind. The pinsas we ate were all excellent with very good raw materials. Really compliments.

Delicious Vegan Tongs! And not the usual boring condiment that vegans have to make do with... that is, those who don't eat cheese, meat, eggs... but very special and beautiful condiments!!! Great - thanks!

Pizza senza dubbio valida e da provare. Un po' altino tutto il listino e il coperto, stona con la qualità dei prodotti. Provata un paio di volte presenta interessanti gusti e abbinamenti. Sarebbe stato da 5* se non fosse stato per i prezzi.

Il primo amore non si scorda mai. È stato così per la pinza Carbonara di Federico. Officine Bartolini sforna pinze che adoro in tutte le salse. Gli arancini Gorgonzola e Salsiccia sono ottimi. Officine Bartolini n.1

Excellent pizzeria absolutely to be included in the rotation of "food" places to frequent. The pinsa is really good and tasty. The place is "over-exploited" in the sense that it is a bit cramped (it was Saturday evening). The staff apparently seems a bit "casino" but in reality they are very efficient. Highly recommended.

Many varieties of pizzas on the menu which are light and well seasoned....... shame in my opinion that the "accessory" costs (water, cover charge...) have too much of an impact on the final bill.

15/05/2025: Reading the other reviews I almost feel ashamed. Very nice staff and fantastic location. However, with the cuisine we are not there at all. I had some insignificant bruschetta and a monoblocco carbonara, my friend a pizza, insufficient judgment
27/04/2025: We were passing through this wonderful village. Dinner based on truffles, local cured meats and pinsa, all of excellent quality. We will definitely be back.

28/01/2025: Everything was excellent, an evening to celebrate a very important event and everything was perfect. Excellent, refined, tasty and healthy dishes. I hope to be able to return soon.
