Thanks to the fresh raw materials and delicious dishes Officina Vegana has become my favorite place to have lunch. Kind and knowledgeable staff, I recommend everyone to go there!

Today for my lunch I chose Officina Vegana. I chose a wrap with grilled seitan, fennel and rocket, and baked potatoes. I have to say really good, but now I will explain why I gave 4 stars instead of 5: my piadina was mostly made of potatoes, there were only traces of the other condiments. A plate of chickpeas with rosemary was also ordered, very good too. I will give it another chance, in the future I will also try other things from the menu.

Con Officina Vegana si è sbloccato un nuovo livello: Livello DIPENDENZA. Questa recensione è frutto di ordini su ordini fatti con Glovo, che non hanno MAI deluso le aspettative. Partendo da presupposto che non sono vegana (per niente), amo alla follia questo Ristorante, per me al pari per qualità e gusto ad un ristorante. Per chi ama mangiar bene ed è celiaco e intollerante al lattosio é nel posto giusto, perché la loro attenzione è sorprendente. Abbiamo assaggiato un po’ tutto il menù, menzione d’onore alla farifrittata di verdure, alle polpette di melanzane, a tutti i contorni, alla magnifica insalata russa, che personalmente so fare ma che la loro la batte di gran lunga (sapori delicatissimi e freschi)… … rullo di tamburo 🥁🥁🥁 LE PATATE AL FORNO CON LA LORO MAYO battono quelle famosissime fritte. Delle semplicissime patate al forno, croccanti fuori e con la crosticina, morbide dentro e sapientemente speziate, battono le universali patatine fritte. Provare per credere. Io non le compro più. Anzi, vuoi per impegni, vuoi per pigrizia, vuoi per un motivo a caso (inventato) trovo sempre il pretesto per ordinare da officina vegana, un must per appagare il gusto. Packaging molto curato, semplice e pulito, mantiene le pietanze al caldo e non come rischio che si rovini, ha una magnifica tenuta. Porzioni abbondanti e appaganti. Io fossi in voi non tergiverserei a provare questo magnifico posto!
