We tried the meat tartare, and the quality was excellent: fresh, flavorful, and with a perfect consistency. ​What I appreciated most was the wide variety of options on the menu, allowing you to explore different tastes without ever getting bored. Last night, six of us went to dinner and tried several dishes. We ordered spaghetti with sardines, cheeseburgers, San Daniele burgers, pan-fried potatoes, and some tartare. This time, I decided to order the tartare with burrata cream, and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised: I didn't expect raw meat and fish to pair so well. An unusual and truly delicious dish. The burgers were juicy, and you could clearly taste the quality of the meat, while the pasta was truly flavorful. There was a bit of a wait, but the restaurant was completely full, so that's understandable. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back. 🙏
