This was a great find! The food, the wine, the atmosphere and the staff - excellent! Sharing a drink with the owners at the end of the evening made it even more special. Thank you for making our short trip to Udine memorable.

The taste workshop never disappoints. We have always eaten tartare which for me are fabulous and special. A refined cuisine attentive to every detail. For me it remains my favorite place in the Udine area.

Already tried their tartare twice (excellent), this time I decided to try one of their burgers!! It was very high and I had to "break it down" to eat it 😂😂😂 but....simply fabulous!!!! I'll be back to try other dishes 🤩

24/02/2025: Super! My friend and I ordered almost all kinds of aranchini. It's just incredibly delicious! A glass of Sicilian wine complemented the flavours and lifted the mood even more. I highly recommend this institution ❤️ the staff is very welcoming and friendly, they are the ones who create the atmosphere of the institution. Thank you!
