The taste workshop never disappoints. We have always eaten tartare which for me are fabulous and special. A refined cuisine attentive to every detail. For me it remains my favorite place in the Udine area.

Already tried their tartare twice (excellent), this time I decided to try one of their burgers!! It was very high and I had to "break it down" to eat it 😂😂😂 but....simply fabulous!!!! I'll be back to try other dishes 🤩

From Liguria, On holiday in Udine (and my first review), we had lunch and dinner in this restaurant, really tasty and really good service and food. The owner who recently celebrated ten years of activity is to be rewarded for his professionalism, he uses high quality local products and then he does not apply the Shameful Cover Gabella. Thank you for everything and we will definitely return to this excellent restaurant.

I consider myself a regular customer...always satisfied...environment and service are welcoming and confidential...few seats in an elegant and warm atmosphere...excellent service...sophisticated chef, respectful of the raw materials...excellent selection of meat...excellent burgers (which I would however serve with a side dish by default) and truly excellent first courses...good range of wines...poke is also on the menu, a wide choice of tartare and salads...you need to book... especially at lunch break...

24/12/2024: Now my trusted wine shop in Udine for drinking well. Today, however, a bit of rudeness, we were a group of 5 people and not everyone always wants to drink wine... there's no need to worry about it. Friulano served as a magnum which was a sensational example of reduction, I presume consumption too close to bottling... Interesting Malvasia di Skerk.

15/09/2024: The Ai Confini restaurant, located directly on the golf course in Tarvisio, is truly a culinary gem! Here, good, honest cuisine with regional products is offered on a manageable menu. The number of tables is limited, so it is absolutely recommended to make a table reservation. The price-performance ratio is great! Of course, Italian is spoken, but also Slovenian, German and English. Anyone who can't resist the temptation to divide several dishes onto two plates will be generously rewarded with this option at no extra charge. This means you can enjoy several starters together. The drinks menu is very remarkable and includes all of Italy, a few French and all at really moderate prices. We would be happy to come back here next time and be very hungry. The fifth star for the kitchen in the rating comes about because the frequency of strawberry crumble on many dishes was not necessarily appropriate due to the acidity... but that shouldn't detract from the overall impression... 👍 🤗 PS: If you like my review, I'd be happy to give it a thumbs up! 😁👍
