This was a great find! The food, the wine, the atmosphere and the staff - excellent! Sharing a drink with the owners at the end of the evening made it even more special. Thank you for making our short trip to Udine memorable.

The taste workshop never disappoints. We have always eaten tartare which for me are fabulous and special. A refined cuisine attentive to every detail. For me it remains my favorite place in the Udine area.

Already tried their tartare twice (excellent), this time I decided to try one of their burgers!! It was very high and I had to "break it down" to eat it 😂😂😂 but....simply fabulous!!!! I'll be back to try other dishes 🤩

05/01/2025: Una sera a cena in compagnia di amici, una gran bella esperienza gastronomica, un locale dove scoprire tutte le leccornie caratteristiche, da gustare in loco o portare con sé. Ha anche tanti ottimi prodotti da acquistare.
