Wow... Congratulations to the staff, all young guys, for the quality of the food and the care for the environment. Really good! I still dream of the rolls 😋😋😋... We'll be back.

Superb, very characteristic place, with a beautiful garden inside where you can eat. The particularity of the walls is beautiful as if they were a large blackboard for writing. Regarding the food, if you love fried food I recommend the aperitif which is excellent. However, if you love more particular things, the huge stuffed baguette is very good. The cocktails are tasty and imaginative. Friendly staff is available..

Nice environment, moved from the center, a beautiful internal garden, we had a good and plentiful aperitif, good price, the only flaw was too many potatoes on the cutting board

Good food and very kind staff. The only flaw is that we waited more than 1 hour and a half for the meat, "aperice dinner" to change a bit, too little choice and too much frying

The atmosphere is really nice, the service is excellent, the waiters are all very friendly. The food is very tasty, and I finally got a cocktail as it should be (many other places also offer cocktails, but they are anything but delicious). I recommend it to anyone who would like to have a good meal with delicious food for a moderate price.

Bellissimo locale e servizio impeccabile. Tagliere aperitivo da provare almeno una volta nella vita. Consiglio a tutti coloro desiderano trascorrere una serata piacevole e ricca di gusto di andar a far visita ad Officina del Gusto !

07/08/2024: I was with you this evening and I must say the welcome was excellent, the pizza was too good, compliments to the pizza chef. And finally I congratulate all the staff for the excellent service 👏❤️🔝Good luck guys for everything 👍
06/08/2024: 4 of us went in the evening to eat pizza in this place where I had already been, I noticed that a part of the outdoor room was closed, making the place less beautiful, but anyway I thought I'd write this review because I found for the second time that the raw material of the pizzas is very mediocre such as mozzarella, salami etc., and what's more in a pizza there will be like 1kg of toppings (mediocre). I advise you to raise the prices a little which are ridiculous and to give more quality

20/09/2023: Amazing meal - every course just got better and better - and such lovely people - we’ll be back
10/09/2023: Very nice environment and friendly and helpful staff. The tartares are really good, the first courses are plentiful. The fish dishes, however, are really poor (2 squid on the plate, one of which is really small..) Generally speaking, the food is really good, it's a shame about the very long wait and the prices are higher than average.
