The only observation to make to the owner is for tables with two seats; It's highly annoying to sit with your back to people passing behind you.
The chairs should be placed "laterally" in the opposite direction in order to avoid this annoying dynamic, which can probably make me prefer going to one place rather than another.
For the rest everything was excellent, food and service 5 stars, environment 4.

Welcoming atmosphere and fast, friendly service. Good quality food and very kind and quick guys. The only two things: the bacon had a little too salty, and the pinsa was a little soft and then I would put less mayonnaise in the sweet potatoes. Besides this, everything was very good and I repeat the service as 10.

We were here for dinner. Had meat and chicken wings. It was ok, but could be more crispy. We also ordered a tiramisu. It was frozen.
The service was also ok, they didn’t pay too much attention.

Arrivati al locale troviamo all'ingresso il proprietario che già avevamo visto in tv su Sky(4 ristoranti) ci ha accolto subito facendoci accomodare.
Personale super cortese mi ricordo benissimo del cameriere Davide che ci ha servito in maniera straordinaria.
Ho preso una tagliata di filetto di scottona che era sul menù e devo dire che era più che buona ,buonissima do 5 stelle ci ritornerò volentieri complimenti a tutto lo staff

It was immediately love at first sight
The place is really well looked after from the outside... Top welcome... Very cute and super welcoming... Very kind and super trained staff, courteous in their ways and available for every request! A stone's throw from Via Umberto you will taste many specialties including delicious meat, excellent wines and cocktails, quality cheeses and cured meats!!
In short, everything described in the menu is truly excellent!! We will truly return for everything that was offered to us from the friendliness to the goodness of the food!!

When we arrived at the restaurant we found the owner at the entrance who we had already seen on TV on Sky (4 restaurants) who immediately welcomed us and made us sit down.
Super courteous staff. I remember very well the waiter Davide who served us in an extraordinary way.
I took a cut of scottona fillet which was on the menu and I must say that it was more than good, very good, I give 5 stars, I will gladly return, compliments to all the staff

Siamo stati in questo locale la sera di halloween e abbiamo provato il menù degustazione, tutto veramente ottimo! Il riso alla zucca era veramente indimenticabile, e la carne di scottona tenerissima! Ci torneremo sicuramente ancora.
