I had lunch at Officina today. The piadinas were excellent, artisanal, with quality ingredients, and plentiful. The price is slightly above average but worth it. Fast service.

Piadine were overcooked, but their fries were pretty delicious. The place has only fans, so in summer it's pretty hot.

Excellent piadina, although burnt in some places. Very bad air conditioning, the restaurant had all the doors open even with few diners inside, and the temperature was too high even at 9 pm. If I eat inside a building I expect not to suffer from the heat.

We were at Officina del Gusto last weekend and we had a really good time. Excellent drinks, tasty and abundant platters! Delicious piadinas for all palates! Friendly staff and attentive to customer needs. We will certainly return to visit Davide and Roberta perhaps to try some other dishes from their menu!

19/01/2026: Very nice place with a welcoming atmosphere. Excellent service, friendly, helpful, and smiling staff, which is not to be underestimated in today's world. We tried the typical dishes and they were truly excellent, everything fresh. As soon as we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back. 😍
15/01/2026: We discovered this place by chance... we were in Riccione for the BefanaCup, in which my son's team was also participating... we wanted to eat the classic piadina romagnola... as soon as we entered, we were amazed by the elegance, courtesy and welcome we received... I think I ate the best piadina ever...!! Reading the whole menu, it had tempted us and we returned for dinner... everything super excellent raw materials!!!!! If you happen to be in Riccione it is an excellent recommendation that I would like to give to everyone... you will leave completely satisfied

28/07/2025: Super friendly girls and TOP ICE CREAM. The price is also great considering the quality and quantity. This is the second year I've been here, always TOP. Congratulations, keep up the good work. P.S. For those with celiac disease, ask for the plain soft yogurt and ask for the necessary precautions when serving it!
