The service was impeccable, with all the waiters polite and helpful. The dishes we received didn't meet our expectations, from the flavor to the cooking. As a pregnant woman, I specifically asked for a burger well done and only grilled vegetables (the first time it arrived with a lot of salad on the same plate; everyone knows that raw vegetables and raw meat increase the risk of toxoplasmosis). The second time, it arrived visibly raw inside (I asked for it to be cooked a little longer). The third time, I received a completely CHARRED burger. I struggled to cut it; pieces were flying everywhere, and we all laughed about it. The grilled vegetables, offered as a side dish on the menu, were truly meager: three slices of eggplant and three slices of zucchini. My friends' octopus was extremely salty and rubbery, and my companion's spaghetti was inedible. Again, there was a problem with the cooking of my friend's Danish pastry, which was supposed to be medium-well, but she decided not to ask, clearly embarrassed by the burger incident. On the plus side: excellent pinsa, cleanliness of the place, and short wait. And I repeat, the dining room staff was IMPECCABLE. And I appreciated the waitress's willingness to remedy unpleasant incidents with kind and polite manners. I don't usually leave negative reviews—just look at my profile as a local guide—but I think my experience can be helpful.

It's now a go-to place for us and the area. From a simple aperitif to lunch for my son's baptism, everything was perfect. First of all: the food is excellent, there's a wide variety, and everything is delicious. Secondly: the staff is always smiling and helpful. Lastly: the place is very nice and always clean. Keep up the good work!!!

Excellent restaurant in the San Paolo area. Tasting platters, pintxos, good draft beers, and an interesting wine selection. Fast, friendly service and reasonable prices.
