In its genre I would say excellent. The staff: a serene team oriented to customer satisfaction. A small involuntary accident in the dish prepared in the kitchen: as soon as the fact was present they ALL did their best to recover and did so far beyond all expectations.

Second time back, I have to say I like it a lot. We ate excellent pinsa, enjoyed by adults and children. The guys were exceptional, especially a girl whose name I don't know who had the very nice thought of giving sheets and colors to the youngest (we had forgotten them). Absolutely recommended, we will go for the American breakfast soon for sure.

We went there for dinner during the week, the place was half empty and it's a shame, because the offer is definitely high level and they are good. Very good hamburgers with buns made with the dough of the pinsa, crunchy and tasty! We also really enjoyed the cocktails. Excellent promotions with TheFork. We will be back, recommended!

I have already been to this restaurant twice and I had a great time both times. The food is excellent, I tried both the pinsa and the pinsaburger, both really good and above all they do not remain heavy, so the dough is excellent. The fried foods are also good, but the fritto misto is the one I found most average, in the sense that while with the pinsa and the pinsaburger the level is very high, with the fried foods it remains average. I really appreciated the pulled pork croquettes (even if they are really very small), I did not particularly like the classic supplì. As for the rest (ascolane olives, fried gnocco, triangoli in carrozza, cod fillet) you can eat them with pleasure. Good desserts, both the chocolate truffle and the tiramisu. Friendly and kind staff, always available. I also consider the quality/price ratio excellent.

Frequento l’Officina abitualmente e per me è sempre una garanzia. Questo posto è perfetto per qualsiasi tipo di serata, per una festa tra amici o per una cena in famiglia all’ultimo momento. Il cibo è di altissima qualità e il clima familiare. Lo staff gentile ed efficiente. Lo consiglio vivamente.
