Very friendly place with excellent food. Interior is small but well decorated in a retro style, plus you can see granny in the kitchen, which feels like home. The carbonara was amazing. I think this place could make use of a heated seating area outside, because people were flocking to the restaurant even on a rainy day in February, which is praise for the kitchen in itself. Strongly recommended.

We are staying in Siracusa for the whole winter and go to Officina 77 almost every week, it’s sooooo good! The pasta is fresh and delicious, I love the Maltagliate with Guanciale, mushrooms, chickpeas and fresh rosemary but also the Cacio e Pepe are fantastic. Giusy and her team are so lovely and welcoming, I felt at home at our first visit. Don’t miss it when you’re in Siracusa and looking for something outside the more touristy places.

We ended up at this restaurant by chance, guided by the vibe at the entrance. Here you order at the bar, take your own food and eat on a cardboard plate, so if you're looking for something fancy, this is not for you. But if you want to eat insanely well, super fair and at a very good price, this is the place you're looking for. Compliments to the chef for the pasta and hats off to the wine by the glass, this combination was perfect.♥️🫡

19/01/2025: Homemade cuisine like few others left in the area.
13/01/2025: We had the pleasure of having lunch at the Monte Criscione farmhouse and we were fully satisfied. The food is excellent, with authentic dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Each course was a pleasure for the palate! The staff is extremely kind and attentive, making the atmosphere even more pleasant. The view is truly spectacular: you can admire the surrounding greenery and, in the distance, the sea, which gives a touch of magic to the whole experience. The quality-price ratio is also average, which makes everything even more appreciable. We highly recommend this farmhouse to anyone looking for a relaxing and tasty break surrounded by nature!

Cod da Saretta, Merluzzo fritto

17/01/2025: Very large and tasty pasta dishes. Average prices. I attach photos of pasta with cuttlefish ink, a Sicilian specialty.
12/01/2025: The food is extremely tasty, and the portions are generous, on par with ones from a loving Nonna, one that can not leave you go hungry and sad. We've been here 3 times and can not stop! I will think about the food here once I'm back home.
