I had the pleasure of visiting Officina 31 in Ragusa Ibla for the first time, and I can say I'll definitely be back. The place is truly charming, located in a splendid position right in front of the Duomo, with a breathtaking view that, in my opinion, makes the experience very romantic. The staff is kind and professional. Special thanks to the young man who looked after us; he was very knowledgeable and detailed in his explanations of the wines and cocktails of the day. The atmosphere is serene, quiet, and welcoming, perfect for a pleasant evening with friends. A place I highly recommend to anyone visiting Ibla who wants to enjoy excellent drinks, good food, and a unique location. Highly recommended!

I arrived in Ragusa Ibla on May 17th with a group of friends, staying for three wonderful days. Arriving in the Piazza del Duomo, we decided to have lunch at a charming little restaurant with outdoor seating, Officina 31. Peppe, the owner, is a warm and friendly guy. He immediately took care of us and offered us his specialties. We ordered a bit of everything... and it was beautiful: the setting of the square, the Duomo di San Giorgio with its imposing staircase, the gentle breeze making our stay in the sun pleasant. Once the dishes arrived, however, everything disappeared: we hungrily ate seafood linguine, battered vegetables, mixed salads, Ragusani DOP cheeses... everything was delicious. The drinks were served cold, the service was fast and attentive to every detail. We also returned in the evening to try some excellent drinks and listen to live music. Bravo Peppe, you are truly amazing. Congratulations. We'll be back soon.

If you visit Ragusa Ibla, I highly recommend stopping here. We decided to stop for an aperitivo, and the quality and service were excellent. The view of the Duomo is breathtaking... we'll be back soon.

This places is perfect for a nice easy lunch. It’s a relatively quiet spot with good drinks and a view of the church. The aranchina was gigantic and easily shared. All the ingredients were fresh and the staff were very friendly.

Truly excellent and original cocktails! For lovers, it's a place worth discovering. We didn't eat, but everything looks delicious! We've been back twice in a row 😋
