Non sono un recensore abituale, ma questo ristorante merita davvero qualche parola. Ho mangiato spesso a Ibla ma mai bene come all'Odierna Finestra Ferreri. Siamo stati nella terrazza in alto, fresca e con una bella vista sulla piazza. Premetto che sia io che i mei commensali abbiamo mangiato prevalentemente piatti a base di pesce. Tutti siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. Sono stati piatti che con una sapiente innovazione e prodotti di ottima qualità, sono riusciti a rispettare ed esaltare i sapori della nostra tradizione. Merita una menzione particolare il Tataki di tonno in crosta di sesamo. La pasta con vongole bottarga e lime era molto buona, altrettanto la parmigiana con nocciole tostate. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci per assaggiare anche gli altri piatti.
