Grazie allo Chef Carmelo Balestrieri e al suo Staff, abbiamo fatto un viaggio tra i sapori e i profumi della Sicilia, accompagnati da una degustazione di pregiati vini siciliani. La prossima volta ceneremo in terrazza con i giardini iblei come sfondo per una serata estiva. Buona fortuna ai giovani imprenditori che hanno voglia di far conoscere bene il territorio con competenza e gentilezza.

A wonderful evening spent in the company of friends in this cute place in the center of Ragusa Ibla.
Evening with tasting menu with pairing of 3 wines from a Vittoria winery. Having far exceeded my expectations, the braised meat stands out to me, spectacular!
Off the menu we took a minced meat with marrow, which was also very good and for dessert an exceptional buffalo ricotta mousse.
I recommend it!

An unforgettable culinary experience!
I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of friends and I can say that it was a real triumph for the palate. I personally took the fish, and you can immediately tell that it is very fresh, cooked with great skill and attention to detail.
I tried an appetizer which was an explosion of flavours, followed by a first course, to define perfect is an understatement.
The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the staff is friendly and always available to give excellent advice. A special mention also goes to the wine, a well-assorted menu and perfectly capable of accompanying each course.
I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy an excellent quality lunch or dinner.

For our anniversary we were looking for a restaurant that was intimate, welcoming and at the same time innovative. We found this and much more.
The management has changed, it is young and fresh. The staff pampered us with a delightful welcome and all the necessary attention, the chef was very helpful in creating dishes for everyone (even intolerant and vegetarians).
In the dishes you could see the quality of the raw materials but above all the experience of the chef (exquisite combinations).
I highly recommend the tuna tartare and the octopus lacquered in carob honey.
I can't wait to try many other dishes next time!

Splendid place, wonderful view of the Iblean gardens and, from the second floor, you just need to turn around to admire the dome of the Cathedral of San Giorgio and a truly evocative glimpse of Ragusa Ibla. The internal room is very welcoming and the food excellent, the dishes are taken care of down to the smallest detail to amaze the senses: sight (with some pleasant surprises), smell and above all taste... even the pairing with the wines served is spot on. The impeccable service, the kind staff attentive to the customer's needs and finally the visit to the table by the chef is always a touch of class. Thanks for the experience.

Siamo affezionati a questo ristorante dalla sua apertura risalente ad una decina di anni fa. Poi il covid ed un paio di gestioni, a nostro avviso, non all'altezza ci avevano fatto allontanare...
Oggi finalmente abbiamo ritrovato ciò che avevamo dimenticato da tempo...

Last night, welcomed with courtesy and kindness, in a well-kept environment and with a breathtaking view of the gardens of the Ibla villa, we had dinner tasting the appetizers, first courses and desserts, as well as a delicious "welcome taste". The dishes were all excellent, plentiful, well presented, with attention to detail and flavours. Truly an excellent experience, which I would recommend. We had the opportunity to speak with chef Carmelo, who together with the staff pampered us and followed us in our choices, giving us all the information we requested. The right prices for the location, for the haute cuisine and for the service. To be recommended and repeated. Thank you
