I had a coffee here and the experience was very pleasant. The self-service system is convenient and fast. The coffee was really good, and they also have plant-based milks. The atmosphere of the place is also perfect: quiet and cozy, with ambient music. Perfect for a break and a rest.

The cafe is nice but a little pricey compared to other cafes in the area. The theater is a little noisy if you intend on studying and there isn’t great wifi or outlets so it’s hard to work here. Lovely view and great use of the space though! It’s a great spot to chit chat with friends

17/01/2025: We went to this restaurant for our anniversary, and I have to say, everything was perfect! The location is fantastic, on the sixth floor of the Westin Excelsior Hotel, where the 360° view of Florence offers a breathtaking panorama! Refined, top-quality cuisine. Impeccable service and extremely friendly staff. At the end of the dinner, they brought us pastries with "Happy Anniversary" written on them, which we really appreciated! It's not an "everyday" restaurant, but it's definitely one of those places I recommend trying at least once in your life!
