Abbiamo trascorso una splendida serata, in un posto tranquillo e rilassante. Ottima esperienza e cibi sopraffini, curati e molto ricercati. Complimenti.

Ein sehr spezielles Michelin Restaurant. Aktuell sehr viel fermentierte und vegetarische Gerichte. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, nach dem Essen konnten wir auch noch den Küchenchef persönlich kennenlernen, ein sehr sympathischer Mensch. Das Design und Konzept des Lokals gefällt mir gut. Schade war das nicht alle Tische belegt waren, das hätte sich die tolle Mannschaft verdien. Die Reservierung hat wie erwartet geklappt ( es wurde auch noch mal nachgefragt und erinnert)

It was a great experience. The food was special and original. The pairing with drinks (wine and kambucha) was done very well. We had full and great service as hoped for in this small place. We would absolutely recommend the restaurant.

We had the pleasure of trying our first starred restaurant and we felt truly at ease thanks to the kindness, hospitality, attention of the staff and the preparation of the waitress in describing the dishes and glasses of wine. The courses were a beautiful sensorial experience, well balanced maintaining a line of acidic and bitter flavors made pleasant by the chosen combinations and the various spices. The tasting of wines from small winemakers in the Arezzo area was spot on. Happy to have started our "starry" journey with this amazing team Giulia & Federico
