Found it by chance while wandering around Arona and it was a surprise! Exceptional, excellent burgers and chicken and very fresh ingredients from the meat to the side dishes, all cooked on a griddle. We need more places like this! Well done!

Went there for lunch with my friend. We sat on the terrace. I had the veggie burger, she had something more or less on order which was not a problem for the very friendly owners. And we ordered fries to share. Food was of great quality and taste. Our dog got a fresh bowl of water, which was very nice.
I also was a bit surprised about the service fee, since it was not mentioned anywhere on the menu. Therefore only four stars. Of course my italian is lacking so I might have missed it. Nevertheless it is an outdated concept and should be abolished by law.

The waitress who served us was kind and very helpful. The sandwiches were excellent and made with fresh ingredients.
The only downside is that the prices are a bit high, especially for drinks and sides. Sandwiches are served without any sides, but you have to buy them separately.

Perhaps a little hampered by its lack of a lakeside location, making it less crowded. This makes it a quiet place, and the friendly staff makes it very welcoming, despite the rather simple decor.
5 stars for the sandwich and fries, and the beer selection. Delicious burger, crispy fries, and wonderful food pairings.
