Positive experience. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The food was really good, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, convenient for reaching even the nearest ski lifts. In 10 minutes, you can reach Kronplatz, Falzes, and Riscone, with excellent ski lifts, sledding slopes, and ice skating rinks. We will definitely be back.

I booked at short notice to ride the Sella Ronda on my road bike. The hotel's location is truly perfect: centrally located, easily accessible by train, and ideal as a starting point for athletic tours. The hotel itself exudes true South Tyrolean charm – quaint, traditional, and lovingly run. Anyone seeking authenticity will feel at home here. My room was very spacious and offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains, simply wonderful for relaxing after a strenuous day! A big compliment also to the entire team: Mrs. Obermair, the host, is extremely warm and helpful, as are the two service staff at breakfast and dinner – always friendly, attentive, and very attentive. I was also thoroughly pampered with the food: The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, as was the dinner – tastefully prepared, hearty, and filling. Just what you need after an active day in the mountains! Conclusion: A hotel with a lot of personality, charm, and excellent service—I'd love to come back to tackle more Dolomites passes!
